Coupled with the fact that it has enough stagger to keep you in a combo but slow enough to count as an actual combo, so, no need to even bother equipping Withstand Combo

This loop can also be used against the hidden boss: Lingerie Will if you're having difficulties with him on critical mode. Just have Donald use Fantasia at the beginning to position Sora and also negate Lingerie Will's shenanigans and then Jump X, Jump X, Jump X, Jump X, Jump X, Jump X, Jump X, Jump X, Jump X, Jump X

For those who don't know you can steal the keyblades from Roxas when he runs into you and he takes them back by running into you again after you steal them. Essentially you can have a battle where you never take his keyblades or a battle where you do take them but he never gets them back until the cutscene after the battle not including the data fight.

One of the things I loved the most about this game is that some combos let you repeat the beginning over and over if you didn’t finish the combo, stun locking the enemy. It rewarded your timing and patience. I Iove when games do that

Depends on what your doing. The double negative combo is frequently op but max combo is easier for the hardest boss fights. Strength on keyblades is irrelevant on leveled playthroughs.

Hey Darkness or to any of his fans can someone explain why the other key blades didn’t add revenge value? Sorry I’m still fairly new to kh and understanding the revenge value thing, since kh “finally” got released on switch ( I know disgusting but can’t really buy the physical ones right now).

well, I think the stolen Oathkeeper and Oblivion don't add any RV, though I'm not sure, but what I do know for certain is that the downward air finisher is sorta special with its knockback, basically it forces humanoid enemies like the Organization or Lingering Will into a special stagger animation if they hit the ground from it or were already on the ground, this stagger animation somehow prevents their RV trigger from tripping as long as you carefully position yourself and your enemy so that your Negative Combo loop doesn't knock them into an obstacle that would revert them to a normal stagger animation and allow them to break free

I did this infinite setup by complete accident and it took my friends by surprise because even they didn't know you could stunlock bosses. All I was trying to do is an instant Magnet Burst/Explosion setup, and discovered godhood by accident.

I beat Roxas this way too except after I hit him once I don't bother jumping anymore I just spam X and have his keyblades do all the work for me You don't even need to hit him with your keyblade more than once his own keyblades can stunlock him as long as you keep pressing X
