I know what you mean about the itchy milo ran the combine over 40 years ago for my dad didn't have all that modern screen to watch watch the rows grain coming in checking for the job behind combine and made sure a/c was working

Dont use wire nuts on stranded wire. Use butt connectors. Even better to use the heat shrink butt connectors. They keep moisture out that causes corrosion. Just a lil tip. Keep up the good work. Enjoy the videos.

I believe that drone video sequence was playing the same music I use for my combat flight videos - especially during a dog fight in the middle of a fur ball. The music seems rather dramatic for combining milo.

Daniel, I was told that the plastic coating around wires is made from SoyBean based products, & that Mice, & Squrrils love the smell & taste which results in them chewing the wires.. Ask me how I know ? Squrrils got my wire harnesses on 2 of my cars..They also left Nuts everywhere on top of my engine 😢

Glad to see you guys trying something new I hope it works out to your advantage and you continue with it... Over the years we've tried growing different crops... we've tried hemp, Milo, rape seed and this year sesame. We're always looking for something to rotate away from corn and beans to help control disease and pests.

We always have rodent problems in Florida on harvesting machinery. I guess it s because of a warmer climate. We used Ridek green but some grain companies don't want us to use it for controlling rats

You need an electric scooter. Saves walkiing and if you put fat wheels/tires on it it should handle your soils.
@shealy2658 ай бұрын
So will milo stay in the crop rotation? How did the economics work out; fertilizer, seed, spray etc. versus yields/milo price? Was the proposed dry year the primary reason to raise milo? Milo seems to be tried and true in the drier regions where wheat is may stay and corn yields swing wildly pending on amount and timing of rains.
