Hainan are a brilliant airline. I flew on their 787-9 back in August in economy between Edinburgh and Dublin on the fifth freedom route and they were great even in economy.

Wow, Wow, Wow! Verrrrry nice trip report Felix! If there ever is an opportunity to fly Hainan Airlines in the future, I’m going to book it. That meal service is the best I have seen and based on on your comments, very tasty too. Seats looked comfy and the IFE looked great. Thanks for reviewing this Airline’s Business class product.
