I try to put on a happy face for the camera. It was super hard. Getting the cam and crank timing correct was a big pain.

Are using Triumph OEM head bolts or some aftermarket (ARP?) bolts? Normally, according to the manual, OEM bolts do not seem to require any thread lubricant, or am I missing something?

They were OEM but I purchased new ones.
