Күн бұрынThe limited edition Triumph Daytona Moto2 765 was unveiled in August 2019 while the Hinckley-based firm celebrated its first year as the official engine supplier to the Moto2 class.
So, while the initial 765 sold out immediately, there are several second-hand bikes already popping up for sale so we spent a week on the UK roads before handing the reigns over to our tame racing rider, 23-times TT winner John McGuinness at the Bennetts Customer Track Day at Brands Hatch to see what he thought of it too.

Always a pleasure to watch a video featuring The Morecambe Missile 👍 Not trying to be nitpicking here, but wouldn’t the most powerful Daytona be the 01-06 955i with 149 horsepower?

Yup you're correct. Triumph should do their homework and know their own history.

One pulled up next to me at the lights in Manchester yesterday, couldn't believe I'd see one so early on. Nice bloke too!

Best synergy of any motorcycle, proud owner of #209 here in The States. The only flaw is she beat me up on a bumpy road, like I went 12 rounds with Mike Tyson. I've reduced preload, comp, and reb since then. I'll revisit that same road and give an update.

I can think of three Daytona's more poweful. 1200 at 147bhp, T595 at 135 bhp and later 955i at 149 bhp.

Shouldn't it have more power?!?! As a 750 bike, shouldn't it have more or less 150hp like the gsxr750?!?!? Just saying...

It's tuned for more torque at lower revs. It's a more street friendly motor than the gsxr 750

well you can't buy one now, the limited production run has sold out. If you were quick enough , then I think they were about £15,500 ish.

Looks awful, take the Triumph badges off and could pass as a Lexmoto or any other Chinese Bike - sorry Triumph

It looks like any other track-focused sports bike because fifty years of experience has shown people what makes a bike fast. This is similar to how all dirt bikes look alike and all cruisers. They’re designed around lessons learned.
