Europe spec bike will be slightly different with bit lighter wheels, slightly stiff suspension and good looking rear fender! 😃

Yea, in Asia people don't care about stepping out into traffic or even pulling their vehicles, especially motorcycle, out into traffic without looking. They don't understand right-of-way and expect you to avoid them.

Bro, I'm planning to buy this bike this month. My only concern is the service cost, how much did it cost for u? Also some were saying it has heating issues, is that so? is it unbearable? bcoz these days, considering summer weather, most of bikes have heating from radiator like my brother's Himalayan & my friends Yezdi Adventure.

1. Regarding the 1st service it’s around 2.1k. You can check the video I have made on service 2. Yes it heats up. But nothing unbearable. I have been riding this in recent 40* Mumbai heat.

@@thewealthyjester yes after market parts (accessories are available) but official accessories available hone thoda time lag jata he. (One or two weeks) if you are lucky u will get it on the spot.

hi @MuscledRider, Bro, I'm also 5''4' I took a test drive of both Triumph speed 400 and scrambler 400 x today with pillion from showroom end. When we drive through a small bridge belt crossing the road, The bump actually hitting on our back directly. I tried riding 2 bikes of both the variant for all 4 vehicles. we(rider and pillion) faced the same issue. Do you have any idea on why It happens? The showroom person says that I'm the only person facing issue with suspension but he can also feel that bump on ride and a bad noise from suspension.

I really didn’t face this issue. And also the scrambler 400 was even more smoother on the bumps. There might be only one possibility now. You might have more comfortable bike at your home which has set your expectations much higher! Is it something like that?

Yes Using IGN4. Have made a short video about that on the channel. Positive is : it’s light weight, Has DOT and ISI certification, had double D ring Negative: Wind noise getting in post 90-100kmph (depends on your bike wind deflection capacity)

surprised why u switched from dominar to speed400, i mean both have similar kind of power and tuque

1. I had 2018 Dominar - was low in power compared to speed 2. Speed is Lot lot nimble and lightweight to handle 3. Wanted a bike which can do office/city commute and also highway stuff. 4. Owned dominar for already 5 years and wanted something new. Had very few choices considering my budget.

Triumph going to increase the exshowroom price to 2.33 lacs. Will Speed 400 (2024) be more improved as compared to previous year edition ? Worth to wait for 2024 model ?

It’s 2.33 for Mumbai. Only the introductory (first 10k costumer) got 2.23 ex showroom cost. And if they had any festival discount. I don’t know if there will be any changes to the 2024 year model.

Yes it's good to wait for some time, there are couple of issues in some units in the first lot which will get resolved over time.

I'm riding this bike from the past 1-2 months and sometimes I'm facing problem with engine stopping suddenly while riding it and it takes 1-2 attempts to start it back. Is anyone else facing the same issue?

ok, if u closely in the pictures, it was scrambler 400x (note the tyres in the pictures and the mid panel) And the bike on which it happened was rental bike (don’t know how roughly it was used or if it was dropped on rocks) I would not comment on this as the complete case is not revealed yet. But as far as with me no issues yet 🙂

No, we can only get bar ends from the showroom. You can replace it later.

@@muscledrider but that is a 7.5k option according to the triumph website. so the cost of the bar end mirrors is mandatory? i have not enquired in the showroom so im not sure about this

Only if the pillion is below 5’5 with average body weight! Won’t be comfortable if pillion is tall or huge.

In the recent trip to bhimashamkar and back, bike returned the mileage of 34kmpl- riding solo, full highway cruising at 100-110. (Proper tyre pressure and chain maintenance also gives better mileage)
