The Triumph Tiger Rally and Rally Pro have adjustable suspension front and rear. I adjust the damping to its two extremes to see what difference it makes. You should too, you paid top money for a bike with adjustable suspension, it would be a shame not to use it.

I think this is something all dealers suck at - telling you about suspension. You end up faffing around with it without hitting the right settings. Very informative Terence - thank you!

Glad you liked it Karsten, cheers! Yes, suspension barely gets a mention ever but I blame the manufacturers as well for not trying to impress this more on the dealers. The suspension is such good quality and it is glossed over. Thanks for watching 👍.

It's great to actually find a You Tuber that actually goes into suspension settings on these bikes. Normally they just get a passing mention, if that. That and the engine are the most important parts of the bloody bike i.m.o., so good job. It's nice to have a bit of humour in there as well, of course!

I appreciate your comment. I loved this bike, so comfy if you want it to be but firms up nicely if you want it that way too. Yes, unfortunately EVERYBODY ignores the suspension. The whole bike is suspended on it and it usually gets a passing mention. My pet hate is someone testing a bike and saying "it's too soft" and the damping adjuster is 8" from their hand. ...............aaaaaaaaaahhhhhhhhh! Cheers Simon.

Now you need the GoPro 7 or 8 or 9 or 10, and enjoy the excellent image/motion stabilization it offers for you helmet cam action. I"m a pro paragliding pilot and it's amazing for flying or the bike! Great vids thanks!

Cheers. Yes, I’m still on my trusty GoPro4 black but it is so reliable, can be externally powered easily and has a pretty direct mic connection. Apart from the stabilization I’m struggling to find a reason to change it. I do have an insta 360 X2 and the image stabilization on that is superb.

Terry that is what I love my 2016 Tiger 1200 XRT with the full electronic suspension, and shaft drive. Set it and forget it. Can’t wait until you test the new Tiger 1200, and get your honest opinion. All the best.

Cheers Bucky, it might be a while as the dealer can sell everyone he can get at the moment and there may not be a demo unit for some time. 🙁
