Hindu here. My ancestors have been hindu going back to thousands of years before Christianity or Islam. Paganism is so much evident in our religion. They tried to colonise us convert to Christianity and Islam yet we fought back valiantly and today there are a billion of us true blood Hindus and more growth is seen in Europe and American continent. My interpretation of the song is that since the lyrics are backward Spanish, it's alluding to going back in time to humanity's paganistic roots. A time long ago, when we worshiped the spirits and regional deities of our lands without being forced to submission by big and oppressive religions.

Due to my bit of research turns out the lyrics are spanish and reversed. Thank you! That is interesting that the lyrics don't mean anything until they gey reversed. I didn't know what you meant. So I went to google translate. The Spanish words literally have been written backwards. The way you wrote them. Like the way we have "live" & "evil" in English. Do you think they did that in the song for a particular reason? 🤔

@@nicolescutismaneanu9087 I agree, she’s not a very nice person. She seemed to be trolling and making many of us upset with her aggressive preaching. She has no respect for others who don’t worship the Christian god. Very negative energy. I went to a pagan festival one time and had a bunch of people just like her harassing us . I have friends who are Christian and they have respect for me and my religious beliefs. I don’t know what gets into people like that. I always wonder what they hope to accomplish? They have to know that it’s upsetting us because we obviously love our religion so what’s the point? I feel sorry people like her, to have hate disguised as diehard devotion to their religion. One of my high school teachers said that if a myth works, then it's true. That means that the true gods are the ones you resonate with. I agree, though, that this is some powerful music. I only just heard it for the first time. And Fri. The first notes, I felt the hair on the back of my neck rising. Perfect for this Samhain, when I not only call the gods, but my ancestors, too

SABBATS - Lili The silver light came streaming through the mirror of my soul And back behind the silver plate the door to Eons past I passed the door and was drawn onto, a road so wide and long A forest either side of me, soft drumming, constant, droll A dog came up beside me, it was a wolf, confident and strong Led me through a forest path to a hovel dank and old. - Once inside the hovel’s door I was bid partake of life The bowl of blood spiced with the root, Mandrake, fungus sweet Was this a dream?
