I apologize for none of my viewing habits. Explanations below. Watching my own Vice Sports special: Hell yes I did, mostly to see if people were still commenting on it (which they are!) but also yeah I did it don't @ me. 2. Tetris videos: The Classic Tetris World Championships just happened, and they were amazing, and watching extremely high level Tetris is imo one of the great joys of being alive in 2019. 2019 has been a bad year in many ways, but humans have made a lot of progress at playing 8-bit Tetris. (Really.) 3. Football Manager videos: I've been watching DoctorBenjyFM every weekday during my lunch breaks for many years, and it still makes me so happy. kzfaq.info 4. Kim Beom's Yellow Scream: Someone wrote in to The Anthropocene Reviewed suggested I review this, which I probably won't, but I thought it was great. Amazing performance art, and the quality of the scream really did seem to affect the paint. 5. Everydaydays - One half of that couple is the rapper Snow Tha Product. I really like Snow Tha Product. 6. Sailing videos - It is true that I dislike deep water and boats and especially sailboats. But there are so many good sailing channels on KZfaq and they allow me to imagine a romanticized notion of leaving it all behind without having to experience actual seasickness. I particularly recommend the channel SailingSoulianis. 7. Auld Lang Syne - Research for something. 8. Vending machine and laundromat videos: Hank, I'm going to level with you. I got drunk after the Let it Snow premiere and came back to the hotel and watched a lot of vending machine videos. 9. Algorithm video - I was trying to understand something. It didn't help. 10. Mike Tyson Hoverboard Fail - I was trying to convince my wife not to attempt to use our children's hoverboard. I succeeded. That is all. NO APOLOGIES. -John

@@lNFINlTEx It smacks of the kind of ambitious forward thinking these two are kinda known for... A public access, vending machine mixing and rendering the soda as freshly as possible... That's going to require a complete redesign to the vending machine, and possibly some unique innovation to the soda stream system... AND still keeping it quick enough for the public to pay and wait for their sodas to come out? (as in NOT getting pissed?) That IS ambitious. BUT you think about it, we DO have coffee vending machines that manage to produce fresh hot coffee by the cup on demand... SO at least in theory it's do-able. ;o)

In theory wouldn’t it just need to be a soda fountain that ejects a certain volume of soda for a certain amount of money? We know the sensors for this exist because of the little 12 oz coffee machines in hospitals and colleges so they could just take that machine and put a soda streamer in or take the little measurement sensor and put it in a soda fountain as well as the vending part and little locks until you insert the change :o it has the possibility of being cheaper and could use more sustainable cups (or at least less plastic) o-o How has no one made the thing? Someone make the thing!

My guess is 3 Pros: 1. Convenient as they take less space 2. Easier for people with social anxiety Cons: 1. Really frustrating when something gets stuck. 2. Decrease low risk human interaction which can be used to build up confidence.

The "Yellow Scream" thing is a painting video (like bob ross) but every time the brush is touching the canvas he screams. It changes the brush strokes. Each colour is paired with a different kind of scream, like long strokes in warmer yellows for screams of joy and short darker yellows for screams of pain. It's weirdly cathartic. Fully recommend

You're only the second person I've seen so far to make that correction (re. trawling), and it's disappointing how few people were able to make that distinction.
