I've always considered Veneer as a gray character when it comes to Band Together. Whilst his actions and mistreatment of Crimp are inexcusable, the fact that he was willing to unload their undoings and accept defeat made me appreciate him as a character. It made him multilayered and I always appreciate antagonists that have a sense of morality. It's evident throughout the movie that Velvet is mentally abusive and tends to act toxic towards him. So, I'm not surprised that he'd betray her in the end. Plus, fame and fortune cause a lot of people to develop massive egos, and there's nothing wrong with people liking expensive things. The issue is that a lot of it came from Floyd's essence rather than their own talent. Which is why I understand his placement on this list.

I absolutely agree with Floyd being on the top spot! While I am upset he didn’t try to visit Branch during his childhood, it was still super sweet that he was the only one out of all of Branch’s brothers to give him a proper goodbye and gifted him his vest to remember him by. I’m also happy that Poppy is a supportive, caring and loving girlfriend toward Branch and insisted on coming with him when he briefly abandoned his brothers to rescue Floyd himself.

Why I think Velvet and Veneer are the most evil villains of the Trolls franchise: From what Veneer said before he and his sister were arrested, Floyd probably wasn't the only troll they captured and they tortured and killed several other trolls

I basically grew up with the whole franchise. The first movie came out when I was 9, and I was catastrophically obsessed with it, singing the songs, and buying the toys and even got the DVD for my 10th birthday. And the second movie came out when I was 13, and I liked it but not as good as the first one. Now that the third movie is out, and I am 16 almost 17, and I think it’s even better than the last two they made, which is why you don’t listen to critics. Time flies fast.

I love this movie it was amazing I felt bad for Floyd he is such an amazing character and is so kind

I agree Floyd is such a sweet tender hearted angel❤! Floyd was captured for 2 months, that’s how long Velvet and Veneer were making their way up top, and thus we’re taking his talent.

I'm curious as to why Brandy didn't show up on this list. She definitely would be at the top somewhere, being a supportive and loving wife to Spruce, letting him go save his brother while she runs their business and watches the kids.

I remember the movie in 2017 when I was in 1st grade and we did a dance festival at the end of the year 😂 now I’m in 8th grade and 14 instead of 7 I grew up fast 😢

I love these Trolls Movies so much especially with the characters and all the songs in these movies. Queen Poppy and Branch are adorable together despite their differences. I saw the first two Trolls Movies, but hopefully I'll see the new Trolls: Band Together Movie one of these days!🤩🌈

Personally I’m a Vanner apologist bc Something that drives me nuts as some people forget that the Bergens were uhhh offing trolls for a really long time velvet and veneer came really close to offing Floyd but they didn’t so they didn’t technically off anyone so I wouldn’t consider them irredeemable if the Bergens can get a redemption, I believe in redemption for the them too

Took my 6 year old daughter to see this flick - we hadn’t seen the previous Troll movies. Full disclosure- we were blown away! Have been listening to the soundtrack on repeat, particularly Velvet & Vaneer’s track. Which might - no hyperbole- be the best villain song from any kids movie in history. Highly recommend seeing this flick - we’re going back a second time!!

Venner said he didn’t really want to be famous in the movie and in my opinion I agree with everything except for where you placed Venner in my opinion Venner is at the bottom of the gray area

I saw the movie yesterday and I gotta say it’s a pretty good movie. I really loved the songs. My favorite songs that I liked to listen to were better place, perfect, brozone back, and it takes two. Veneer should’ve been in the gray area because he doesn’t really want to capture the trolls. He was just too scared to stand up to his sister and didn’t want to make her mad.😢

Branch is my favorite I love him and baby branch is everything should be the main main character instead of poppy and I also love Floyd the bond between Floyd and branch is so stinking adorable

For me the only flaw in this movie is that WE DIDNT GET THAT DAMN PROPOSAL bc they made the realationship 1 month old. What makes branch my favorite charecter is the fact that because hes been through so much trauma he can understand things that others cant. Take viva for example pops didnt quite understand why viva wouldnt join her when she proved the bergens were good BUT BRANCH DID he even explained to viva that he used to be JUST LIKE HER( even though it didnt work) this proves that branch can understand things that others cant BECAUSE hes been through so much. Im also a SUCKER for charecter development which is why i love branch so much

Man when I first seen the trailer for this I thought highly nothing of it but when the other trailers came out and show that poppy just not has a sister who is voice by Camilla cabaho and this having really dumb villains this movies plot just became confusing and in the end it really shows that they just had 3 confusing plots and just used them both

When the first movie came out, which was 2016, I was 3. When the second movie came out, which was 2020, I was 6 or 7. And when the third movie came out, which was 2023, I was 10 and still am 10. Also, I agree with Floyd being the greatest character behavior wise. When he died and came back to life, I almost cried. (Sorry for spoilers if you haven't watched it yet)
