How long are you battery lasting on onyx neo/spunky beat?

I have them for about the month. They have never exceeded 4 hours of playing. How did you test them? Also, I have the issue of the right earbud disconnecting and reconnecting every 2-3 minutes. And I have a question, please. According to information in the e-shop, which is also approved by the seller, I should be able to connect each earbud to different phone at the same time. But they are connecting automatically and both to one of phones. Does somebody know how to do it properly? Thanks.

I bought the onyx neo and I think they look better than the spunky beat, but the spunky beats have better charging case. My onyx neo have an issue with the tactile "button" on the right earbud, and it's that sometimes it doesn't work, I have to put it back in the case take it out and it works again.

Just purchased the spunky beats and i must say they are very good for the price. I actually had q pair of B&O E8 tws but they were stolen from my ears whilst asleep on plublic transport. The tronsmart are just as good.

No, four hours at max vol.. but worth because of sound and voice calls quality. Great buds.

Same here, this tws are only for pc and phone and the worst thing is that the tronsmart knows about it from the beginning, but nowhere to boast!

@@ytmartini Yeah, I got a response from Tronsmart. They said they "aren't compatible with a smart TV". Never had TWS earphones with this incompatibility. lol

the battery box is damaged after two months, it already happened to me with two units, I advise not to buy for those failures the guarantee does not respond

I recently bought the Spunky Beat. The volume was very low... Until I reset the buds.. Do your Onyx Neo's require resetting to fix the Volume issue?

No, from start they are loud more than enough and sounds beyond my expectations.. excellent buds, particularly for the price!!

in onyx neo you have to increase the volume by touching quickly 2 times again and again its not android system volume, its their own volume system.

Manufacturing flaw nothing to do only refund that shit and never buy again anything from them. I had 2 pairs and both charging cases died the same day I unboxed them. It's total bullshit junk

Earbuds that use touch control shouldn't be referred to as having "buttons", it's confusing. Terms that could be used include touch pad or touch points.

i have both as i lost my spunky then i gt neo. i use it mainly for music, and it's damn dope, on par with my wired earphone. pick the best fit eartip & u will get bass and i cant hear any noice in train when i have both on my ears with music on, i almost missed station due to this 😂 before tronsmart i did use haylou and when i wear it for long time my ears gt hot & pain 😑 one issue i have to point out is both have too sensitive touch control which i dont really like, i put one of it in pocket n when i walk it triggered, keep pause & play 😂

My earbuds do not charge when they are dropped in case and while the case is connected to USB for charging, charge indication light doesn't glow. Any idea why??

My Onyx neo have great volume, even better than the Haylou GT1 Pro. So maybe is your unit that has the volume issue.

@@prantomon4647 I think both are good for the price, I like the looks on the GT1 Pro better than the Onyx Neo, and the touch controls are more responsive, but I like the sound quality a little more in the Onyx Neo, and I like that the onyx have volume control, but the touch controls have issues and sometimes don't work correctly.

Hello, This two sets have the same internal hardware although in the onyx neo (at least with mine) some issues with the volume control have been fixed, the real difference is in the case, the one that comes with the spunky beats is better it has charge indicator, a strap, and the emergency USB cable, the one with the onyx neo has only one led to indicate when charging but it does not indicate remaining battery

@@dalileddineslimani6399 I recommend both, it depends on whether you like the design (onyx neo have better looks) or you prefer a better charging case (spunky beats have better charging case)

@@dalileddineslimani6399 Both use Qualcomm chips so the sound quality is good, although for calls neither is great, if you are in a noisy environment the other person will listen but not very good.

I just got them and charging case became very hot while charging now headphones doesn't charge inside the case it's been 30 minutes since full charge and case is still boiling hot

This is fucking ridiculous second pair arrived and charging case stopped working 3h after unboxing. They must have serious manufacturing flaws. Avoid buying this shit!!!

Same thing here . I ordered two, and both broken in less than a month. i put the circuit board in pieces and solder the usb connector directly to the charging spikes . Now i can at least charge the earbuds, with wall charger or powerbank...

I have the same problem but only with shanling DAP, they connect, play aprox 4 min and say Power Off, even when the batteries are fully charged. You buy TWS, but you only get a demo! With PC, or phone not turn off after 4 minutes, i thing this is comon problem of both onyx and spunky.
