Here are the steps:
Step 1: Put two earbuds back into the charging case.
Step 2: Wait for the LED light of two earbuds go on steady red.
Step 3: Take out two earbuds simultaneously and then they will pair with each other automatically.
After pairing successfully, the indicator light on the Right earbud will go off while it will flash red and blue alternately on the Left earbud.
Step 4: Turn on your phone's Bluetooth settings, find 'Tronsmart Onyx Neo (L)' on the menu, tap to pair.
After pairing successfully, the indicator light on the Left earbud will go off.
Step 5: Wait for 3-5 seconds, tap the 'Pair' option when 'Bluetooth Pairing Request' popup comes.
After that, both Left and Right earbuds have paired with your device successfully.

Hi, Onyx Neo supports 5 minutes charging for about 40 minutes listening. There is no LED light to check the remaining battery of the charging case. As for the remaining power of two earbuds, you can check them from your phone.

Tengo problemas con los onyx neo resulta que lo compre hace 3 días, fue al segundo día que decido usarlos hasta que se me agotó la batería y es cuando dispongo a cargarlos en su estuche. A lo que note que el Led verde ya no se encendía y esperando una hora o más no cargo nada solo da el auricular derecho el otro no enciende pero al tocarlo muestra un parpadeo del Led bien bajo, no se emparejan ni nada ¿quisiera saber a que se debe?

When pairing I see that in the battery indicator of the phone (in the Bluetooth connection) only the left earphone battery (L) appears! I will not be able to monitor my right handset (R)?

Eventhough only L side connect to phone but the output sound is no issue at all, i can hear both side and stereo sound works well. Whenever i try to connect R side, the L will disconnect and vice versa, or it could be how the device works....im not sure

When I try to pair with my PC with a generic Bluetooth dongle, it asks to enter a PIN. What should I enter? I have already tried 0000, 9999, 1111, 1234 etc. Also tried to reset.

What happens if we charge the case with power bricks that are 2A and more. Because, Inside the case lid, it is mentioned only 500mA max. But our smartphone chargers are min 2A, now-a-days??

Here are the differences: 1. The appearance of the case and earbuds are different from Spunky Beat. 2. Onyx Neo does not have the hanging strap. 3. Onyx Neo does not have the built-in USB-A charging cable in the bottom. 4. Onyx Neo only has one LED indicator for showing charging state. It will go red while in charging and go green when the charge finishes. My earbuds won't pair. Tried everything even resetting them, it didn't fix the problem when I take them out of the case the right earbud says pairing but it doest pair at all. Plus the light on the left earbud is less bright than that of the right one. Useless product...

Hi, please confirm that the red light of two earbuds goes on while putting them back into the charging case. The red light means they are turned off and being charged.
