Your internal biological clock determines whether you get up easily or not. So if you turn around after the alarm has gone off, you can easily blame that clock. Roelof Hut of the University of Groningen has been researching the biological clock for years. He says that we don't have one single biological clock, but countless clocks throughout our body. They partly determine how organs do their work and how we feel. And if your clock is out of sync, a good morning walk can help reset it.
