Thanks a lot indeed. I had exactly the same problem with my old Indesit washing machine resolved after watching your video. Since my washing machine is very old -17years, that never got broken we had the decision to get it replaced once it is broken without any thoughts of repair .It had its light falshing and afer about 10 min it was fixing by itself for couple weeks. My wife wanted a new washing machine for Christmas, but the money is short. So as act of despair I searched the youtube and found your video. I checked the filter and found about 20-30 coins that were clogging the filter alongside with the dirt. Now the washing machine is working properly and I have six beers in the fridge.. The machine is indeed 17 years old, but it stayed idle 8-9 years when we were living abroad. I bouhgt it as Christmas present for Mum who is not with us anymoreand I really didnot want to change it...

Thank you! Had no idea the bottom front panel came off as it seemed solidly attached, good news my machine is now draining perfectly, bad news, it was blocked by a destroyed to bits £5 note, the new plastic one too.

Hi just found your video 🙂 mine was washing then drum Stopped spinning but I could hear the engine still. So I’ve done the filter just about to put it back For the second time and hope it starts working again ! Drums still working if I turn it too ! No problem ! It’s only 18 mth old for first time in my adult hood I didn’t extend guarantee as I get ten year approx from these machines without issue!

Hi. Is not working 4 me. Filter ok. Any advise? I stopped my mashine by mistake when the cycle was still on 2/60° intense washing and put on extra rinse as I always do extra rinse with vinegar and since yesterday is not working. It is clicking only when I kerp reseting. Yesterday I could open door. Today no. I try now switch off mains for 1 hr.

Mine isn't clearing, filter was a little mucky but when turning back on the 3h light is on before turning on power button, nothing alters it 3h stays lit then all the lights start flashing except eco time

I can't take the filter out though, it's rotating and some muddy water came out of there but the filter it's not coming out. I let it leaked all out, and lights still flashing just like before..

I cleared that filter from our Indesit but the problem persisted every time it got to the spin / drain cycle, it got v annoying as i has to hand remove all the water from the drum into a bucket, water everywhere ! washing machine is now outside the door to be taken away , getting a different brand tomorrow
