Hi I'm mechanic for for shop I work on these all day do alot of people know how work on these cus I'm get these sent to me from all over the USA an sometime other countries and how much should I be makeing fixing these reators

I been noticing that the a side manifold is getting harder to turn.

how do i troubleshoot or know how to fix a e24 code. we had sprayed a set of chemicals, the guns turn the rig to go to lunch and when we came back from lunch and turn the reactor and we ready to spray the reactor show us on the display an E24 error, i know is no the gun because the gun was brand new it just came out of the box, on the same morning. air was going to the pumps because i hear the pumps pumping! i try to release the pressure with the release valves and it didn't do anything the valve gauges didn't move all i notice is that the A side it kind moves but it only move up and down just to the first line is that like 100psi or 10 psi? air is good chemicals are good barrels are full? i also try to turn on and off the reactor several times i even turn shut off the hold reactor but it didn't do anything in conclusion i have an error E24 air is going to the pumps, the barrels are full of chemicals, pumps pump when the ira goes to the pump when i try to spray on the gun the chimal from the side A is the only one is that comes out of the gun! the valve gauges doesn't move when i turn the reactor. so what do i do in this situation ? PLEASE HELP........ IM DESPERATE ..... ANYONE .......

Im having an issue with the b side dropping pressure it drops from 1400 to 900 1000 then it bounces a little right there then i get the error code

And it ssys pressure inbalance on a side cause a stays at 1400
