Troy-Bilt Storm 2410, RETURN of the DEAD snow blower or NOT?

I decided to look over this snow blower for a good friend. He just bought it for a good price. Problem was it didn't start. Also chute didn't work and handlebars were loose.
So I jumped right in and got it all done.

I have and older same model and the throttle has a starting position and have to have choke on to.good video. thanks but carb may need cleaned to.

You don’t have to count how many turns out look at how many threads and turn it back in where it was

Counting turns helps return throttle back to where it was
