By that I mean you get the best of the Bone element in this song. - All 5 members featured and rapping on point - Uneek's production 🤌🏾 - Harmonizing with each other during the bridge (yes that's right, a bridge.. remember those? Lol) and chorus - Cypher during the verses This was during the Eazy tenure, which was damn magical for Bone and their creative process. They were inseparable back then and their music reflected it. They wrote together, harmonized together, recorded together.

You mentioned the beat/Bone reminds you of West Coast music, and you are correct. Bone Thugs are considered to be West Coast/Los Angeles artists just as much as they're considered Cleveland/Midwest artists. The group moved to LA in 1993 and connected with Eazy E soon after, released Thuggish Ruggish Bone/the Creeping On Ah Come Up ep, and the rest is history. When you think about it, they've lived on the West Coast more than they have lived in the Midwest. Bone were teenagers when they moved to LA. Their production in the 90s was mainly done by West Coast producers, as they were signed to a West Coast label. The production played a big part in their overall sound/vibe no doubt.

Never notice? Lol. Got discovered by the legendary Eazy E. They won a Grammy for best group. No other rap group did that. The pride of the Midwest.
