Truck Camping Fun In Colorado

A Jeep Gladiator, Ford Ranger Tremor, and Ram Rebel explore Colorado forest roads and trails. The Jeep Gladiator's camping setup was a ground tent, the Ford Ranger's camping setup was an Alu-Cab, and the Ram Rebel had a custom trailer with a RTT. Our goal was to find snow, and get stuck, which was a low bar considering we were in Colorado in December. Our trucks did fantastically and I got a better handle on snow wheeling. The "Off-road+" button on the Jeep Gladiator makes a massive difference in the snow. It basically loosens the traction control so you get more wheel speed. Anyways, thanks for watching! You can run a rear locked axle in 4 high. Go into 4 high, push off road plus, hold the traction control button for 5 seconds, and select rear your locker. Good to go!

Great video! I just discovered your channel and have watched a few videos so far. Not sure if you and your buddies are airing down your tires, but that can go a long way in providing more grip in the mud and snow

Beautiful scenery and camera work! Nice job. Very cool to see a trailer, cab and RTT side by side. I've noticed the factory Fox shocks are floaty too. Just can't bring myself to replace perfectly good shocks. #JTRSPARTACUS

Thanks for watching! Floaty is a great word for the feel. I'm considering the Falcon adjustable shocks- which would you go with?

@@Berserkeroffroad dunno. I’m just dealing with it until my shocks wear out. I had Rancho 9000s on my JK and it was nice to be able to adjust but their finish is junk - I had to paint them in the first year to keep them from rusting. Falcons look really nice.
