That near head on is something I see way too often driving truck. ATS just needs a little more of that kind of AI and it really would be an accurate driving sim. A little passing in no passing zones or speeding past, slam on breaks and cut in front of you to get off the highway and it would be spot on. Tuesday last week I had a car get a little too close to me because his lady friend was giving him special attention at 80 mph. Seen a lot of things driving but that was a first lol. People are crazy, stay safe everyone.

I'm going to say this Jeff, THANK YOU for the daily uploads! I know I said something about this in your last video but I'm going to jump into it a little deeper here.. People like me who suffer with really really really bad depression and always have those very dark thoughts like me that I fight with literally every second of the day, your videos mean so much.. wether they're only for 10 minutes or they're 2+ hours long, they're our escape away from the battles that were fighting within ourselves! People who are like me, we look forward to your videos.. I may not comment on every single one but I literally watch every single 1 from start to finish and I want you to know that.. the reason why I don't comment on alot of them is because of how severe my depression is.. I don't want to talk to anyone and that's including posting comments on videos wether it be in YT or TT I just want to watch the video and just escape for whatever amount of time the video is.. I can honestly say that if it wasn't for you and my girlfriend, I would still be doing the self harm literally every single day for hours on end but I don't do it as much anymore.. I tried to find other ways to handle my sadness & hurt but they weren't healthy.. I'm glad to say that I haven't done any self harm in about a month & 1/2 almost 2 months and that's a huge accomplishment from myself because I was doing it daily but like I said if it wasn't for you, my girlfriend and me wanting to get better there's a chance that my wrist would be covered in scars or I wouldn't be around anymore.. I would of been long gone.. so I'm going to say this.. On behalf of me and all of my brothers and sisters who battle with the same dark demons I do every single day, THANK YOU! I don't know about them but me personally? I owe you and my girl my life right now because you pretty much saved it.. thank you! Can't wait for the next video buddy

Yeah, the part of the Great America map you went to does, indeed, look nice. I remember downloading the map when it first came out over a year ago, tried it, before promptly deleting because it was just WAY too rough around the edges and was not enjoyable. Now it seems to have improved a lot since then, so I might download it again after over a year of not touching it.

Kansas is where I was born. Overlandpark Kansas is a part of Kansas that I am all to familiar with it was close to the part I was born in which was Lenexa.

One quick correction, you said it was Overland, KS but it is actually Overland Park, KS. Not that big of a deal but it is one of the few places outside of the Northeast that I have been too so that is why I mentioned it. Otherwise, great stuff as always.

Love the old school type build

In normal good road conditions I will completely forget about the Jake. It’s always on and full. The only time I ever really switch it off or adjust the setting is when I still need brakes because of slippery conditions but not a full jake. When tires start spinning because of the jake on my 15 t800 it will turn the jakes off. When it does that, then I’ll switch it to a lower setting.

Good video as always. Hey Jeff. Ask TS if they will ever make a “ force feed” gear shifter for ATS and other driving sim’s. Lol It’s one thing I wish they made. While love my TH8A shifter. Which made one that was stiffer and shutter and shake as step on has more. Like it happens in real trucks. Well more so in older trucks but still. Would give more feel of four for feed back gear shifter.

I laughed so hard through this video because of all the chaos absolutely loved it and great video as always man! And btw I would personally recommend giving Improved Trains another shot, it's definitely improved imo.

truck simulator is the best i had Truck simulator USA for my iPhone and the graphic looks amazing oh high, i love when truckers do the Jake brake or Jake knife i am in love with those two sounds

you should take a truck to wichita via the 135 and Kellogg. they go around downtown and give nice views

This map looks mostly good, but I wish that the map makers would make southwest Kansas more green because even though we do look halfway like that 6 months out of the year, when we've got crops in the field, it looks really nice.
