Oh yes I know haha, this time I have learned a simple battery disconnect will go far. Though the issue here ended up being two different things. A coolant hose was leaking slowly due to not being tight enough (ended up fully fixing that after a cold start leak), and the regen/fuel issue was due to a doser valve needing to be cleaned out.
