Hello Ethan and pal. Lots of British folk have the same Nordic and Celtic roots as the Icelanders, but there are almost twice as many in my home city, which has a bigger city within ten miles. They do well to keep their identity.

@dantemedici. Their Christmas delivery was almost a week late in 2022, except for the joint. It sat on ice until a couple weeks back, when it was finally Christmas dinner 2023. It made change from tinned veg from the 24 hour garage in 2022. We had a second, smaller dinner Boxing day to finally make some space in the freezer.
