Theyre my favourite type of kitchen, on our third now from Poggenpohl. Builder said it was the easiest one he's fitted and the designer at Poggenpohl was brilliant! Love it.

I’ve had a handle less kitchen for two years now which was very different at the time. It looks awesome and always get commented on in a positive way whenever we have people round. It is black burnt oak effect with stainless steel finger trims and white quartz work surfaces. Yours looks fab too.

I would be tempted to fit a 1mm thick by X wide (depending on the measurement) strip of clear Perspex to the back part of the doors/drawers that your fingers touch when opening. Will stop wear and tear after years of multiple openings and be easier to clean with a wipe down. Great work gentlemen throughout the total house refurb and great looking kitchen. Waiting for the next wonky house episode too.

Looks great.. we had the same (or at least very similar!) Kitchen installed last year and it was the first time that our builders had fitted a true handle less kitchen.. wished this video had existed then to be able to show them!

Great video and lovely kitchen Adam! Rich was rowing back so hard from his comment I thought I was watching the Boat Race! I was roaring! 😂 Some great innovations in that kitchen, things have moved on a bit since I last fitted one. I agree with you on the finishing on the end of the rails. Looking forward to seeing it finished.

I use the Pro-fit plinth locks and panel locks all the time, great product. One of us is putting them on the wrong way round on the internal corners. If you do it the opposite way it pull the joint tight to close any gaps. 👍

Lovely to see the job motoring on guys. Pity you couldn't get that final trim squeezed in the corner, probably because most designs use 30mm gap for vertical trims, not 35. That'll be when you originally designed the room measurements no doubt ?? How did Rich address the bare wood edge on the pull-out larder ?? You could always change the cooker rails for a gold set if you were tempted...but hey, it doesn't detract from an awesome kitchen. Nice overall job guys, can't wait to see the finished room.

I'm hearing ya mate but the cooker was a freebie, and not guaranteed to last long! So if it goes we'll get something to match the rest of the kitchen...well...that's the plan!

That kitchen is very similar to a wren kitchen lovely fit guys and you are right in not fitting those stop end brass fittings the job is pukker well done to you both

Looks stunning fitted a few like that but wud have had the end panel next to dishwasher full or the the hight of the door but only personal opinion cracking job on the whole job

Looking good... Jasper 😂 and you'll love it even more when them rails fill up with spilt debris - especially from helpful little ones 😉. You'll be fine wigh that Plug Top on that Stoves cooker as it's Gas. The electrics are just just for the ignitor pack so less draw down than the missus's "Bedtime Buddy". 👍 😮 🤣🤣🤣

I have that cooker....LOL.....the rear height feet adjust from the front bottom plate that comes off. The front feet you turn. Its all in the manual. I have had mine since 2014. Its handy having that many ovens sometimes.... Have only used the 2 main gas ovens. Have never used the 3rd gas oven. I have never used the slow cooker bit at all under the oven.

@@mrabuilders6723 howdens one mate 4 larders back to back with mdf Inbetween then end panel. no real instructions ended up going to a different howdens to look at a mock up. They can sell but can’t tell your how to fit lol

I've always had trouble with all makes of hoods, especially the chimney section - they are so flimsy and sharp - many a wall has had blood mark on them! Interested to see how you get around the worktop being the same level as the windowsill by the sink, so effectively no backsplash?

Mate, I can relate! Yes mate, no splash back by the sink as the work too will go straight in. Let's see if it's all style over substance! They get fitted on Monday!

The “stop ends “ are designed just for the Drawer profiles where a drawer pack would be adjacent to a non drawer unit . They may have just supplied too many of these stop ends . I fit theses rail systems all the time and like you never fit them to the top and side profiles , just drawer profiles .

Just curious I thought well if its a finished floor down already shouldn't be an issue with the DW coming out if there is an issue but noticed the cut out in front of the island which made me think the finial flooring isn't installed yet. If that is the case that DW is permanently placed.If so you might be able to add a butcher block or some other removable top instead of the granite.

Hello mate, hope you're well. Thank you for getting in touch. We cut it on my Makita chop saw, I can't for the life remember what tooth blade it was but it's the blade that came with the machine. We also cut a couple with a 1mm metal blade in an angle grinder, worked perfectly. Hope that helps mate, good luck!

What finish are you using on the kitchen floor ? I ask as you will have to cut to bottom thingy to get whatever it is under ?

Hello mate. We're having a glued down LVT... eventually...and the plinths have been cut down 10mm to accommodate. Hope that helps?

Good evening John. Yes there's flooring to go down, I forgot to explain why it hasn't in the video so I'll do it in the next one. The end panels have to go one so the worktops can be templated, as for the plinths, get them cut and get them on, it's the safest place for them. Hi, the extractor hood what's the suction power m3/h? I recently purchased 2 from kaiser in Germany and they have a suction power of 1250 m3/h it pulls the kitchen door shut when you turn it on!

Nice kitchen Adam. Is that the Magnet handless series kitchen? I got one to fit for my client (when we have the roof on and ready!). Magnet have those rail extrusions which need to be recessed into the carcass. Thanks for those simple tips they'll come in handy. Not far off moving in now, you'll be getting lots of brownie points when her indoors gets home.
