An armed force which only cares about spent equipment will run into manpower problems. Western tanks had been designed with high survivability, while even T90M vectors suffer catastrophic "jack-in-the-box" turret aviation due to a design flaw at the base of disregarding your own fatalities. I have no personal enmity toward Russian soldiers. Go home, go in Peace.

I’ve worked with Russia and Russians for many years. One-man authority is their modus operandi. Team thinking, two way feedback and criticism is not prevalent. Aggressive corruption, as opposed to subtle corruption is the mainstay. Having wealth and flaunting it is their nirvana no matter at what cost. At an individual level, they are a nice people. At an authoritative level they are a nasty bunch.

As was mentioned in the video, if Russia could have "steamrollered" their way into Ukraine, taking the country in 10 days or so, then why didn't they? Because they couldn't, that's why. They vastly over-estimated the strength and capability of their armed forces. And once military support from the West began arriving in Ukraine, that compounded the Kremlin's problems further still....

In Russia, vodka production was largely by local distillers, a garage industry. One man in a shed. Thousands of very small suppliers, everywhere. Then the Russian Gov made it illegal, and took all vodka production under national ownership and control. The aim wasn't to stop people drinking. It was the opposite; They made it really cheap, so even the lowliest worker could easily afford vodka. The Russian Gov knew that if it kept most of the population in a semi-inebriated state, they would have no trouble from them.

You've hit the nail right on the head really, your analysis is very accurate. I am married to an ethnic Russian, who was born in Ukraine. Since we've been together she has talked about the corruption, bureaucracy, and the disorganization holding both Ukraine and Russia back economically. So it comes as no surprise, that their military is so disorganized. My wife's dad was in the Russian military, he was also involved in all kinds of corruption, making money on the black market, with military money. The thing is, Russia projects this false success, by investing lots of money into their major cities, allowing those who live in Moscow, and St Petersburg, and the likes, to live in a very modern society, while the rest of Russia lives like the village of Borat!

☔️THE GOSPEL OF THE WORD OF ALMIGHTY GOD "the Salvation of the last day that Christ brought in the second and last incarnation of His new and holy name" (On earth, all kinds of evil spirits wander endlessly looking for a place to rest, and never stop looking for human corpses to eat. My people! Never act immorally! Never act careless! Instead, offer your loyalty to My home, and only through loyalty can you launch an opposition against the devil's device. No matter what happens you must not act as in the past, doing one thing in front of Me and another behind My back--that way you will be beyond the reach of redemption. Everything I say is for the sake of ensuring your destiny! A foul and dirty place is exactly what Satan needs; the more there is no hope of redemption, and the more perplexed you are, refusing to submit to restraint, the more the unclean spirits will try at any opportunity to enter. No one knows the gravity of this situation; everyone assumed that what they were hearing was idle talk and did not care in the slightest. I don't remember what happened in the past. Are you still waiting for Me to ease you by forgetting again! Even if humanity opposes Me, I will not hold it against him, because man's stature is too low, and therefore I do not demand high demands from him. It's really because the old nature of man will never change that's why I have reminded him again and again. Don't get bored! Everything I am saying is for the sake of ensuring your destiny! 🙏 A STINKY and DIRTY PLACE is what SATAN DEFINITELY NEEDS; the more there is no hope of redemption, and the more you are perplexed, refusing to submit to restraint, the more you will try---at any opportunity for unclean spirits to enter. As soon as you get on this path, your loyalty will be nothing but empty chatter, without any evidence, and your steadfastness will be eaten by unclean spirits, to be disobedience or Satan's device, and used to disrupt theMy work. Because of that I will beat you to death whenever and wherever I want. NO ONE KNOWS THE SERIOUSNESS OF THIS SITUATION; EVERYONE ASSUMES that what they are HEARING is NONSENSE and DOESN'T care one bit. 🛑 I DON'T REMEMBER WHAT HAPPENED IN THE PAST. Are you still WAITING for Me to ease you THROUGH forgetting AGAIN! Even if humanity opposes Me, I will not hold it against him, BECAUSE THE STAGE OF MAN IS TOO LOW, and therefore I DO NOT demand HIGH NEEDS from him. The ONLY thing I NEED is---he should not waste HIMSELF, and SUBMIT to RESTRAINT. SURE it is NOT beyond your ability to meet a condition? Most people are waiting for Me to reveal more mysteries for the pleasure of their eyes. And even if you do understand all the mysteries of heaven, what can you do with that knowledge? Will it increase your love for Me? Will it ignite your love for Me? ☀️ I do not underestimate the person, nor do I just arrive at a jury verdict about him. If these were not the actual conditions of the person, I would never have simply crowned people with these labels. Think back to the past; Was there ever a time when I cursed you? Any time when I looked down on you? Any time when I looked at you without regard for your actual circumstances? 🙏 Any time when what I said failed to fill your heart and your mouth with conviction? Any time when I spoke without stirring up emotional memories within you? Who among you has been able to read My words without fear and trembling, fearing to be thrown into the bottomless pit? Who does not endure the test within My words? Within My words lies authority, but it is not to simply judge man; rather, understanding the actual conditions of people, I always reveal to people the meaning inherent in My words. At the point of certainty, is there anyone who can recognize My mighty power in My words? Is there anyone who can receive in himself the purest gold of which My words are made? How many words have I spoken, but does anyone value them? 🙏 From The WORD, Vol. I. The Manifestation and Work of God. God's Words to the Whole Universe, Chapter 10 📩 All who have "ears to listen" are led to what the Spirit of God is saying in His lowered and built kingdom/Church engraved with His new name, His totality, the ownership of this disposition, "THE CHURCH OF ALMIGHTY GOD "💐 fulfillment from what was said He to Peter 2,000 years ago recorded in (Mat. 16:18-19). His Coming is the fulfillment of all that was prophesied in the great book of Revelation, so the last "Salvation" He brought the whole truth, the way for eternal life. So the "victorious" ones who will receive them are the wise "virgins" because as recorded in the prophecy of His return no one knows it except the one who will receive it! So "come" and come to His kingdom/church standing in the holy place in the air/KZfaq! China wants the land back that Russia took from the Qing Dynasty in the 1800's. In the 2010's, the CCP tried to actually buy up all the land surrounding Lake Baikal secretly, likely to try to fix the massive droughts ongoing in northern China, until the Russian government found out and vetoed every single sale. Several documents have been leaked that outline Russian doctrine during a war with China, which included a literal rolling nuclear artillery barrage. China is not a Russian friend, and Putin has literally backed Russia into a corner where the only actual end point for the nation will be war with China and/or some kind of revolution inside Russia

The biggest problem for the Russian army is nobody knows it's real strength, except the guys who aren't listened to, the soldiers on the ground. The numbers used to make it to the 2nd strongest in the world pre-war, were the numbers provided by the Kremlin. Which are the numbers the Kremlin got from their top military brass, who knew it was truly slightly weaker because they skimmed of the top, but of coarse they don't mention that. But the next one in line does the same and the next and the next. It's like that child game of sitting in a circle, one tells a short story to the person to the left, that person passes it on to his left, and by the time the last person gets told the story, it's hardly recognizable. That combined with a strictly top to bottom hierarchy means the top will never know what's happening at the bottom.

Winston Churchill said in the thirties: "Russia isn't as strong as it thinks, but it isn't as weak as we would like it to be". It was true 90 years ago, and it is true nowadays as well. Do remember how they started the war when surprisingly attacked by Germany in 1941, and how they finished it. Starting with highly inferior equipment and command, and finishing it with an equipment almost equal to that of the Germans... same goes for the quality of the higher command. However, the situation nowadays id different. In 1941 it was a war for the very existence. Today the Russians used their brains and understand that it is a "luxury war". Russia is endangered by no one.

The stuff that we use today, are toys costs a fortune and the justification is that the other guy has more. Or they're better than the stuff that we have. The F-4 Phantom would be nothing on paper compared to the mig-25 foxbat, and that was widely believed until we got an actual fox bat Landing in japan. Upon close evaluation we found out that this is really a piece of garbage, but because of the fear of the foxbat it Justified the Department of Defense to develop the F-15 Eagle to replace the F4 Phantom.

If you look back in history during world war II you will see how the leaders have never cared about the soldiers doing the fighting. When the Germans crossed the border into Russia the biggest reason they were able to get through so quickly was that Stalin did not think it was necessary to equip his army. Once the winter had started and that it was so bad it stopped the Germans I'm using their heavy equipment and at that point it went hand-to-hand combat. Hear something most people might not know about what happened during these types of engagements. Russia did not have enough rifles to equip all the people that they threw at the Germans. You might have one man with a rifle then three people following that person and once he or she was wounded now one of the unarmed soldiers can now grab that rifle and start fighting. To make sure that the soldiers would go fight even if they were unarmed their own army had machine guns back behind the lines and if you decided to retreat or not to even go forward your own soldiers would shoot them down. Basically you have the same thing happening today. When you send untrained people out to fight a battle the outcome is never going to be good. They are using the same tactics as world war II let's just throw bodies at them and eventually the enemy runs out of bullets.

well if you compare the Russian forces at the start of the war in Feb 2022 to now July 2024. The Russians have doubled or even tripled their forces at the front in terms of men, however the Russians have actually degraded motivation training still low. command and control the same , however the Russians are fielding more old tanks like T-55s and 62s, as I think the Russians are running low on the newer and more capable 64s, 72s, 80s and 90s and want to conserve them. Also the battlefield has changed a bit since start of the war, with drones being the king of the battlefield, its simply suicide to send a massed armoured assault as drones and drone guided artillery from both sides will destroy them. that is why the Russians are using Chinese made motorcycles, golf carts, trucks and cars to ferry their troops to the front. This is done due to these vehicles not being able to trigger Ukrainian anti tank mines, being nimble and of course lower cost of these vehicles when compared to tanks and APCs. Also look at the picture of the current Russian offensive in Kharkov 2024, the majority of Russian tanks used were T-62s and 55s and were kept mostly behind and only used to exploit hole in Ukrainian lines however many were destroyed in doing so. and supposedly 25 percent of the Russian soldiers used were cannon fodder and a mix of convicts and foreign volunteers from poor countries in fact, its said the majority of cannon fodder are foreign volunteers from India, Nepal Bangladesh Sri Lanka African countries etc. These guys are sent in first before the Russians, many of them are kaput.

NCOs are arguably the biggest force multiplier in Western militaries, and they are virtually absent from all "OPFOR" militaries(Russia, Iran, PRC, DPRK) because their own societies prohibit such initiative and creativity on the microscopic level. The only reason those forces were even ABLE to concentrate unmolested is b/c Ukraine was not allowed to hit them on Russian territory with U.S. weapons. This was to be Putin's summer offensive. It has gone NOWHERE. Those small gains were ONLY achieved because Ukraine had to wait for the Russians to cross the border before they could even fight back. The offensive is a complete and utter failure, AND because of this push, the U.S. gave permission for Ukraine to strike inside Russia in that region. So not only did Putin not gain any real momentum or make any real gains, he helped Ukraine acquire more means to hit back even more effectively, since they are no longer restricted from hitting Russian territory.
