Absolutely, hats off to the sister in law. The police must have been furious that they couldn’t bribe, buy or bully her. She stood firm and loyal, don’t get many like that these days. Everyone’s a snitch or looking for reward money that they have no right to. The police need to stop fitting people up and get off their arses and do some actual work. Seventeen years!! WTF? Need to release and compensate him.
@peterianstaker92735 жыл бұрын
@@mooniepeters8426 yep that's right, just doing the right thing as any moral decent human being, even if it ment spending more time in prison away from here children and family, just doing the decent thing but at the same time risking her own freedom. It says a lot about a person. The crooked cops should be ashamed of themselves.

All who falsely convicted Jamie, should be prosecuted for perjury, obstruction of justice, bribery, false informing and conspiracy. They should also face RICO charges, under the RICO act. This has to stop. The government criminals who commit the framework of these crimes are always above the law, after the truth surfaces, and the wrongly accused are set free. Wrongful convictions always seen as "an ugly nature of the business", and swept under the rug. It's unacceptable and detestable.
@gianna58695 жыл бұрын
I agree . but how to fix this?? the corruption is so deep. your right everyone involved should be locked up. i had to stop watching this i am too angry about this. They never ge held accountable EVER.
@Stonktradomus5 жыл бұрын
@@gianna5869, that's the problem. I don't know if there is a way to fix it. I have seen several people meet politicians to advocate for a policy change in legislation. But since they have no influence or power, the politician apologizes, shakes their hand, then leads them to the door. So, you know that writing them is a slim to none chance of results. The politicians, the lobbyists are the root of the problem, greed. The prison complex pays them very well to uphold laws that keep the prisons full. They even get permission to build prions in ghettos, to one day house the undereducated children that will turn to crime. The prison system is largely a human enslavement for profit operation. It really takes a united and collaborated effort to produce real change, such as a petition with a million signatures. That way the issue will officially be brought into serious consideration by legislators. We have power and influence, but only in numbers, and the mainstream media keeps us all divided.

Bc I'm so sure that a guy desperately trying to clear his name from the second he was charged is gonna walk around in prison openly bragging about committing that exact fucking crime. Everyone involved with destroying this man's life and allowing Billy little's actual murderer to go unpunished and free to murder someone else's loved ones; the fucking jurors who inexplicably decided he was guilty despite the fact that not only was there no evidence that he killed little; the proof that he was innocent is overwhelming ffs. : ( honestly though, just how much common sense does a person need to get out of jury duty in the first place? I feel like if I was ever in this poor bastard's position, I couldn't bring myself to put my life in the hands of "my peers" (whatever the fuck that's supposed to mean) by requesting a jury trial; at least with a bench trial there's at least a chance that the judge will be objective and see through the lies and bullshit coming from the state; at least then if you still get convicted, you will know that it happened bc of blatant corruption instead of pure, unadulterated ignorance devoid of all reason; I genuinely think that would make me way angrier for some reason. I guess I would tolerate intentional evil over baffling stupidity bc at least the evil requires at least moderate intelligence to fuck a person over to that degree which I have more respect for than willful ignorance; the kind of jackass who says shit like " I could just see it in his eyes that he's guilty " or "he obviously has no remorse, he never even cried " ffs, I wouldn't be crying either if it were me; the only thing I would be feeling is seething rage and the loss of the last shred of my faith in God 😡 along with a complete disgust in my own pathetic species, also I probably would be planning how I would eventually go about checking out of this shit show dumpster fire of an existence for good if the state managed to successfully find the dumbest fuckers alive and convince them that the complete fantasy they just witnessed was actual reality... and lastly, I would most likely considering how many of the bastards responsible for the my current situation I could realistically eliminate and drag straight into hell with me; if I'm gonna have my entire life stollen from myself and my family for a murder I clearly had nothing to do with; you can bet I'm at least gonna give those soulless fucks a legitimate reason to call me a goddamn murderer; I'm gonna earn that shit but it's not going to be some stranger with nothing to do with me; that would just be a complete waste of a beautiful opportunity that I would only ever see one single time. You fucks really earned it, too. Seriously, every last one of the bastards can get fucked.

Just like every other form of criminal justice that has ever existed throughout time has been flawed. Cases such as this are terrible tragedies and they should be corrected as much as humanly possible. It is foolish to say our criminal justice system "sucks" or is totally "corrupt" because false imprisonments occur.
