Off the bat, the mom says that he was VERY protective of his wife, wanted her to look nice, “didn’t mind” buying her new dresses ALL the time. He also bought them a house with his money and possibly made her quit her job. It seems she thought he was being a good husband, but these are signs of a controlling partner!! The level of control over her life is clear here and having her quit a job is an isolation tactic. Ladies, when they start being overly obsessive, it’s not cute, it’s a red flag! Do not tell them you’re leaving get to a safe place!

This was my ex boyfriend…it’s so sad. He has no empathy though. Idk what’s worse my own parents choose him over me and don’t believe me or my ex continuing to call me after I said it was over about a month ago. Now I’m trying to live my best life single. I would always tell him to, “I don’t trust you, you’re going to kill me if I stay with you.” Or “you’re going to hit me if I stay with you” very toxic person. I was even diagnosed with a mental illness which I believe I no longer have through Jesus Christ…and because I left him I’m just back to who I was when I was younger

Invasion of privacy is a HUGE red flag for psychopaths. If your partner is listening in on your therapy, listening to your calls, going through your phone, reading your journal etc ie not allowing you privacy, be VERY CAREFUL and GTFO. The only two people in my life who have ever done any of these things both turned out to be abusive and criminal. Feeling entitled to someone’s most private thoughts like that is a trait of narcissists and individuals with stunted empathy. Stunted empathy lends itself to cruelty. They are twin sisters… Protect yourself!

Well if she hasn’t invaded his privacy she would never know that he is escort living a double life. I guess it depends on circumstances, because if you smell that something is fishy going on it’s natural to find out the truth but finding out the truth can cost you a life in cases such as this. Mischief is another trait of psychopathy. We need to educate people on that, they should know how to recognize red flags and strange Behavior.

For me, that’s my sister. We don’t talk constantly but every couple days if we don’t talk we ask each other a question only we would know the answer to. If I get one, I know she’s checking up. If she doesn’t get a reply that day she knows something is wrong and vice versa. If something happened to you would you really want it in your mind that your family won’t be looking for you for at least a month?

I have a friend who not only kept quiet her plan to leave but stashed cash in a secret account and even organized her home In such a way that when the moving van showed up on the morning she was leaving, she was able to quickly get everything out that she needed for her four young daughters who knew nothing about the plan. The guy she left was the step-dad of the daughters, not their biological dad. The step-dad was emotionally abusive to all of them, but physically abusive to my friend, but only when her daughters went to see their dad for the weekend. She pulled off the move years ago and is now in a relationship with a really nice guy and is enjoying her grandchildren and has a great relationship with all of her daughters and their father, (her ex-husband) but not the abusive step-dad. She is happy, but it took a long time of saving and planning to be able to leave. Stay strong ladies. Don't give up!

my mom went through something like this (only she didn't get killed, she would have if she'd satyed) when i was 3 yrs old my mom married her 4th husband and it lasted only 6 to 8 months. his name was Kinsley Melvin Chandler and we lived in PA, the man was an abusive drunk who beat me and my older brother and my mom. i was only 3 but i can remember every detail and the day that we ran was after me and my brother put a vhs movie (we thought it was a cartoon) in and we ended up watching a video of our mom passed out and Mel (which is what people called him) was raping our mom with 3 of his friends. Mel would get together with friends on weekend and they'd drink, play pool or just hang out and we found out that he was spiking our mom's drinks and then after she passed out he'd let his friends have their way with her. the moment we showed her the tape she grabbed it and us and we were in a woman's shelter that evening. my mom filed for divorce but before the first court date he died, he had been a severe drunk for 15 to 20 yrs and i can't remember exactly what he died from but i do remember hearing the adults talking and saying he drank himself to death. my mom was a warrior of a woman, she worked her whole life and not dainty jobs she worked in Steele mills and construction but wasn't very lucky when it came to love. things got better once we were away from him and she ended up meeting the man i considered my dad for the rest of my life but the abuse she suffered from her 4 marriages took it's tole on her mentally and physically and i lost her in 2012. i would say to any woman, especially one's with children....... get out the first instance of abuse cause it only gets worse, it may take awhile but you'll realize your better off trying to do it alone rather be in a relationship and be a punching bag. God bless all women who suffer partner violence.

As soon as her mom says she didn't want to call the police because her daughter was a "private person", I knew he was abusive.
@firefeethok_tui2355 Жыл бұрын
It could be that the mother was the private person and she didn’t want to be bothered with her daughters problems. Maybe she wanted her daughter just to make it all better so that everything could look so nice, you know like buying her those cute dresses and putting a roof over her head and having her quit her job. I think the mother probably glamorize those things, The daughter waited after finding out what kind of creep this was? There’s so many problems with the story. I don’t think the mother is the innocent that we think she is, she may be heartbroken but the daughter may have stayed in that situation because of the mother stressing to her how great she had it, you know being a stay at home mom with a roof over her head. There’s something wrong with the story other than just the fact that those two were murdered by that degenerate. does it sound like grandma was too close to her grandson, not speaking to her grandson for two months? So awful.

How can you say that you really care for someone if you wait 2 months to call the police? I wouldn't care if I was wrong and had called the cops within a week of not being able to reach them and they got upset at me! At least I would have known that they were ok!
