This is SICK! All the evidence collected to the disappearances and murder of Kelly Moriarty and Doris 'Pat' Carter pointing to both daughter and husband, but still, they can't convict them of capital murder. I feel sad for the victim's family.

I'm shocked they haven't arrested Stacy and her husband. They have motive. They can place them at the scene of the crime. They have DNA evidence. Wtf is the holdup?

Of course Stacy and her hubby killed and chopped up her mother and her mothers girlfriend Nobody else had reason too And their actions after speak to the type of people they are

These events happened many years ago. The second case, Elijah and Enrique were kidnapped, beaten and then shot to death over a marijuana dispute. They arrested 4 people but only one got life in prison. Their bodies ,unfortunately, haven’t been discovered to this day.

Animals are far better than humans they don't chop up other animals for fun.

There was a cas3 of a daughter and boyfriend killing her parents, her brother and his wife and their little children because the daughter heard that her mother was going to start asking for rent after letting them live in a mobile home on their property for FREE for 2 years. It was on Christmas Eve around 2006 or 2007 in Carnation, Washington.

The nurse still has her license because the hospital that fired her didn't report it to the Nursing Board. That's what I think. Hospitals love to sweep problems under the carpet to decrease their liability.

I can't imagine living that way. Having killed someone, your own mother, etc. and living in their home for the rest of their lives and, even though they are getting away with it, they really aren't. But can you imagine being happy in this world, really? I can't wrap my head around it.

Lets see. The daughter didnt get along with her mom and is living in her house. The guns and jewelry have been pawned. Im no detective but what happened here is pretty much plain to see. Its just so sad. These families need justice.

Regarding the missing boys- I’d look into the other kids in their school, if they haven’t already. They’re both friends and disappeared 18 days apart? It’s someone who knew both of them.

Why waste so much time making calls to a phone? Get up and go to her place and look for clues. Call the local authorities for a welfare check.

Families need to be vigilant and check on their families at different hours. Believe your loved ones!! I have worked as an aide and then years later as a nurse and I have caught and reported several health care persons abusing patients and even stealing their medicine!!!

I don't want to become desensitized to these stories because these are people who have horrendous and violent deaths leaving families devastated, empty and in some cases never coming to terms with the loss of their loved ones. Its gratifying to know when those responsible for these heinous acts are brought to justice and held accountable whether they are remorseful or not. It brings some comfort to the victim's families, friends and even the detectives who investigate these cases.

These 3 stories are all so sad and tragic. So many people are hurt in the course of these terrible life altering events. Not only the victims lives are ended. There is nothing worse than not knowing what happened. The fact that no one who harmed the victims, ever "had to pay" for what they did is beyond REVOLTING. Selfish, Evil people.

ANYONE with the last name "Moriarity" almost certainly is a killer, or has dealt with killers.

As a mother of a seventeen year old son I really can't stomach such case's...just heart breaking to have to wake up and face reality that your child is gone and you don't know where they are.

The two boys were murdered in retribution for a drug robbery. Elijah robbed 3 men of 3 ounces of pot. One of the men knew that Elijah and Enrique knew each other. They kidnapped Enrique and demanded he tell them where to find Elijah. At the time of the kidnapping, Elijah was unaware of the robbery. He refused to give up his friend and was shot and killed. The 3 men then chanced upon Elijah 3 weeks later and kidnapped him and beat him to death, dropped him into a hole they had dug, doused him with bleach and attempted to burn the body. 4 men were ultimately convicted of the murders, 3 were sentenced to life without parole, 1 cooperated and got 15 to life. The bodies were never recovered.

Why are people so evil?!

My heart just breaks for those two mothers of the missing boys. I think we all know that because they are both "minorities", 17 years old - so almost adults, and there is even the **slightest** possibility that they just left on their own.... put all that together and the cops aren't going to work very hard at trying to find what happened to them. I suggest to these moms... contact every "true crime" channel you can find on KZfaq and other social media. Get their pictures out across the country, and their story.

The update: Chandale Shannon of Winters, Jonathan Froste and David Froste of Knights Landing as the defendants in the felony murder and kidnapping case of two teenagers in 2016.Jonathan Froste previously testified against the other three suspects and cooperated with law enforcement to help them find the bodies of Rios and Moore, though, they have never been found.

😮😮😮 I am absolutely dumbfounded and flabbergasted that the police department did not immediately search that residence that was owned by Pat because 100% sure she was murdered in the house and her daughter and her husband took both the bodies and dumped them off of a boat offshore which is why Kelly's Leg washed up on shore. Employees at that Police Department must be completely brain-dead not conducting a complete search of the home basement yard closets floorboards baseboards immediately upon notification that both of these women were missing. Every single case so far in the last 200 years the police do a thorough investigation of the home the yard the garage the vehicles, the office building where the missing individuals usually spent time. 100 positive those women were knocked over the head at the house stabbed hundreds of times and blood evidence is everywhere in the house and the bodies were dragged out to sea. Motivation was that the mother wanted them to leave her home and the daughter and husband were jealous that her mother was spending her precious time with another person end of story.

THIS is one of reasons why i would not be friends with a person in a bad romantic relationship or bad fam in the home relationship. Y THE F U LET UR DAUGHTER STAY IN YOUR HOME??....SHE BEEN DISRESPECTFUL!!!

Both boys on the same construction site? What did they see? What are the practices there? What are the backgrounds of the other workers? And the one young man disappeared after cashing his cheque. Extortion? Low-life petty theft? Followed by murder? I think the construction site is the key.

Enrique Rios and Elijah Moore were murdered in 2018. Elijah Moore robbed one of the murderer's brothers and his killing was a revenge killing, Rios was murdered for not telling the 5 murderers where his friend Moore was.

I can't watch this show. Because they act like people are being weird when they're trying to avoid their investigators. And the investigators like paparazzi -- really obnoxious. They do this to people who are potentially guilty, but we don't know that they're guilty. ( I have watched this show before). They're so aggressive it's really trashy and gross.
