Longstaff padded his stats massivly in the last 15 minutes when Sheffield had given up. Unforgivably slow with the ball, gets knocked over by a slight breeze, runs into the paths of his team-mates again and again, ruining whatever they may try to do, slows down the ball and always passes backwards under pressure(the few times he is not knocked of the ball). Im starting to feel bad for White, who is seeing this guy play every full 90 minutes, being bang out of form, zero confidence and possible playing with an injury, and he cant even get more than what can only be described as a petty 89 minute sub vs Palace when we have already given up. Sure we won, but there are some very consistent things going on with Howe and certain players that has me worried what on earth Howe is smoking, and more importantly, can i have some of it?

Twas a damned shame that Burnley couldn't put Manure to the sword, that'd of put the topper on an almost perfect day. Good (eventual) performance by the squad in general - but a BIG shout out to Dan Burn who worked his socks off today and saved our arses several times!

Agreed! Love seeing him in CB!

I was screaming "He got the f***ing ball!" at that Alex Murphy nonsense. There were some mad moments in that game. Thank god for Bruno and what a celebration!

Great show by the lads. Stirling job by the manager and his team. Hopefully, the trolls have gone back to hiding under the bridge again.

First half was pretty diabolical, we were lucky to go in at halftime 1-1 as it should've been about 3 or 4-1 in their favour
@JettplayzgamesАй бұрын
Our quality made the difference, including the subs of Wilson and Barnes who were both very good. For me Burn is MOTM because if not for him we concede at least 1-2 more goals before halftime

Is it the Golden Hour or the post 5-1 glow? Charlotte looking radiant. Si not bad, either.

That was a game where two defences seemed to have both been on acid! Wasn’t their goal off side? Just me?

don't think we'll beat Burnley unless we get some players back, tripper, big joe etc

Our elite players mask over the glaring problems, it’s happened loads this season

Feel that is just part of the transition period we find ourselves in. The squad quality is a bit all the over place through injuries, ability to buy players etc, you have to rely on the elite players to pick you up and get you out of problems.
@tomruddell9099Ай бұрын
@@tfnufc yes it definitely can be seen as a positive that we have such players. But it’s just not how to play the game for me in terms of coaching and set up. We’re talking about the worst teams in the league

Neither of us were referring to the condition of shell shock but rather using the word in its other guise, meaning shocked or confused. In this case confused. Apologies if that upset you.
