@@abhijeetshinde1510 I don't really understand the nature of your question. I have ADHD, but not really anxiety or depression. My daily functioning is dependent on a lot of factors. And I think it mostly comes down to brain chemistry. For instance, psychoactive drugs (such as prescription methylphenidate) can completely change the way I feel about the day. For instance, make me irritable or less daydreamy (more dull inside). You know, enlightenment is not something you can keep or have access to all the time. Nowadays, I feel bored most of the time.
