Nice video guys. Thanks. Too many darn fees for my taste. Are RE Taxes in this development fair? Also noticed that both model homes entry front doors opened to the inside. Do these particular doors qualify as Hurricane Impact Doors? Overall nice homes. Keep up the great work Juan.

That was my problem and it sucks cause it took me about five years to FINALLY convince him (the time when houses were sooo much cheaper) now we cant afford to buy one so weve been renting for three years and the rent its even ridiculously high 🙄😩

*Oh boy, MORE suburbs in Florida. Oh joy. And more artificial lakes where they dug out the limestone used for construction.* More commuting, more roads, fewer animals and landscape. Developers are the one and only citizens in this podunk state. So awesome. Tampa supposedly is [dead] Indian for "sticks of fire." This suburb is literally in THE STICKS. Because, Florida.

*The gators usually drown in the quarries before developers turn them into "lagoons."* The boar and deer running into your car on the highway is another story. With no gators, you'll have to wait for rednecks to cull the herds. Oh, your neighbors, just outside the gates, will be rednecks.
