A contractor that Trump owed committed suicide. A good friend tried to convince him not to work for Trump, but he didn't listen. Trump's lawyers forced him to take less pay than the original agreement which left the contractor unable to pay all expenses related to the job. He sold all of his equipment, paid what he could, then killed himself. Trump is a treacherous monster.
