How Does the president have the power to fire a fire director who is currently investigating him. Shouldn't congress have a vote on that since Comey needed to be approved by the house in order to become the FBI director.

Not exactly. The FBI is under the Executive Branch of government, which means the President is the boss. This means that 45 is well within is right to fire him. However, he needs to justify it and this is a poor justification for firing Comey. It makes 45 look completely shady since most intelligent US citizens are aware that the FBI currently still has an ongoing investigation into 45's tie to Russia.

She refused to do what the President said to do even though it was lawful under Article 2 of the US Constitution and 8 USC 1182. This is the pinnacle of presidential power. Foreign people do not have rights under the US Constitution, even those with green cards. Sally Yates is trying to argue that they do. This all started when the university in Washington state challenged the first travel ban. This was because a few students and one teacher, none of them US citizens, were stuck overseas. Well, then, the university needs to do without a few students and a teacher. The safety of 330 million Americans is more important. Judge Robart should be ashamed, but leftists have no shame. Then Trump took the feedback from the 9th circuit into account and put a 2nd travel ban in place. The day before it was to go into effect the judge in Hawaii put a hold on it. Once the 9th circuit signed off on it the lower court in Hawaii shouldn't have a say. The judge in Hawaii argued that it would harm the Hawaiian tourism industry. Again, the safety of 330 million Americans is more important than the Hawaiian tourism industry. How many Somalis vacation in Hawaii anyway? If this same bunch had been in power in the 1940s we wouldn't have been able to prevent Japanese and Germans from entering our nation because they wanted to go to UCLA or surf in Hawaii. Insane.

Its gotten to the point where I'm starting to think of conspiracy theories and find them more reasonable than what's supposed to be reality. I mean, is he really that stupid? Guilty or not this move makes him look guilty for no good reason. Its to the point where I'm thinking he really *IS* a puppet, whether that be for Russia or just some powerful American(s) I don't know but this guy is making moves that are detrimental to both his country and himself and not even doing it smartly so the whole world doesn't immediately realise how f'ed up he's making things. Like seriously he's asking to be impeached. Another conspiracy theory is that Trump is actually a genius and hates America and is making things look so foolish that, just like the news and these daily shows, no one will take him seriously. All the while he slowly destroys the country, one decision at a time.

as i said conspiracy theory. I mean its either that or America really put in such a crazy incompetent douche. Both the puppet theory and the playing dumb theory seem about just as likely a this point for me. I mean there is actually evidence to both. His comments and choices are being ridiculed and underestimated. He also is seemingly just swamping the place to benefit whoever gets on his good side. I’ve continued to stand by trump since day 1. He does what’s right with no political agenda. He’s transformed the economy and helped the black community more than any president in history(look at the stats). That’s why he has 25% approval from them which is higher than any republican candidate in history. Although he has a huge ego and no sense of empathy, he ultimately does what’s needed most for the country no matter how much the media bashes him and that’s going to be reflected when he wins again this November!
