So I'm confused. This is for sale yet it appears to have hotel amenities like maid service, etc. How does that work exactly? Do you purchase the suite then pay an additional fee to the hotel monthly?

Good question. This is a hotel but they are also condos. Every unit is owned by an individual person. You can live there full time or have it rented as a hotel unit when you are not using it. There is monthly HOA fees like a traditional condo. Being a hotel you can also use the hotel amenities like maid services but it does cost extra outside of your HOA dues.
