Yes. The most direct and permanent way is to get Congress to authorize expanding the court and balancing it with 3-5 new justices. We need a Democrat Congress and Senate and of course WH for this. A balanced SCOTUS will neutralize this toxic theocratic one.

I don't care what party brings in SCOTUS judges. I care that the judges are honest, honorable, and impartial. Judges should not favor a party. They need to follow the laws and ensure that they are fair to the American Public. That said, several current judges need to be investigated and prosecuted for crimes if found guilty. Ethical standards should be instituted and enforced by congress. If congress established the SC, congress should be able to establish and enforce ethical standards on the SC.
