I hate Trump but the judge’s daughter is making it very difficult for the judge to appear impartial. In a courtroom, the appearance of the judge’s impartiality is a big ethical rule. I think the judge should recuse himself and stop making this legitimate claim a circus.

Just like when Clarence Thomas refused to recuse despite knowing a party. They can claim they can adjudicate the cases impartially despite their relationships, but the appearance doesn’t look good. The daughter should really STFU.
