Big thank-you for one of your previous videos which also made me realise I am so paranoid about my health but do nothing to improve it. I also have gone gluten and dairy free and reducing sugar, day 3 and skin already feels amazing and clearer head so far! Long way to go but excited to see the benefits! You look like you’re glowing ❤️

Do forget that side eye that doctors give you when you tell them your fears or see you 'losing' it from fear of results. . I've embarrassed myself way too many times

It's hard when each time you go doctors there a totally different doc and you have to start the whole story from the beginning! By that time your 10 mins is up ... 🤯

guy tyrie Yes! See this used to bother me SO much. I’d just feel that they didn’t understand and my ‘story’ would take way longer than 10 minutes! That’s why I only see one doctor now! 😂

I struggle a lot between 2011-2013 I thought i HAD at lot of type of cancers,, but mainly it was testicle, penile and bowel cancer, I ended up having the camera up my backside as I did not believe my symptoms for IBS or poor diet, as my doctors could not feel any lumps in my stomach or any lumps up my backside, i read the daily mail on line and saw articles that symptoms were miss etc. and person ended up with stage 3 or stage 4 bowel cancer and was only 25 etc.

I have struggled a lot since 2011, jumping from one worry to another with every symptom I get, I do have a condition which makes me worry more, I was sent by my specialist for a MRI spinal scan, I think he just wanting to be nosy to see what a curve back scan looked like. it did put my mind an ease as I was having back issues at the time.

I am definitely one of those people who has severe health anxiety, but hates going to the doctor. Every time I leave the office I go home and cry. I am getting a biopsy on one of my lymph nodes tomorrow, and even though I am happy to know once and for all what it is, I am very scared. My ENT and the radiologist say the are fairly certain its not cancerous, but they want to be 100% positive instead of 90%. And I guess a biopsy is the only way to know for sure. So wish me luck I guess.

I've been terrified of my swollen lymph nodes for over a year now. My doctors have constantly told me its nothing to worry about but I have 7 in total now that have cropped up over the last year with seemingly no explanation. I've an appointment with a Consultant Head and Neck Surgeon on Tuesday and he will be able to confirm whether my lymph nodes truly are benign/if I'll be discharged, or if I'll require further testing. Really hope your biospy goes well and that everything is benign. Best of luck and keep us updated Xxx

@@juranaahmed1495 I will! I had a CT scan last week and my lymph node is 1.4 centimeters and they found other lymph nodes, but the are so small I could not feel them if I tried. I've had the lymph node for over 4 months now (that I noticed). I'm nervous because I thought for some reason you could detect cancer through those scans, but no. She keeps on assuring me that a biopsy is not a big deal, and its just a natural next step in the process but I am high key scared. I made the mistake of Googling lymph nodes and as usual, all roads lead to cancer. I mean, its good cause I inadvenrtuly found this channel which helps with my anxiety, but I wish I never would have goolged in the first place. It clouds my judgement and its al I can think about. Health Anxiety is literally the worstttt. But yeah I will update when I know more. Nothing worse than when someone mentions cancer in the comment section and then goes MIA.

@@westworlds hey, thank you so much! My appointment is this afternoon and I'm so scared, but I've written down all of my questions in preparation. Hopefully I'll get some answers and be able to move on with my life. How did your biopsy go btw? Hope you're keeping well. I know exactly how you feel as I too was terrified/went down a google spiral which was the worst possible thing. I think with yourself, the reason they're doing a biopsy is because its above 1cm, so they're just trying to take precautions. Generally lymph nodes that are 1cm or below are not concerning at all but because yours is ever so slightly over, its likely they are simply doing the biospy to rule out cancer rather than rule it in. Wishing you all the best for when your results come in! Please do keep us updated Xxx 💞💞

@@juranaahmed1495 Thanks! My lymph node is usually 1.2 centimeters, but I think cause I was stressed out it was slightly bigger. I've noticed whenever my anxiety is at a high it gets bigger. I had my fine needle biopsy yesterday (my lymph node was 1.2 centimeters again), and the pathology people were in the room so they took 6 samples. I will know today or tomorrow the results. Wish me luck, and good luck at your appointment!
