Truth Prevails! Rep. Justin Jones Remains On Nashville Ballot After 'FALSE' Petition Challenge

The challenge to boot Tennessee State Representative Justin Jones off the ballot for House District 52 was dismissed.
The Davidson County Election Commission rejected a qualifying challenge from his Republican opponent, Laura Nelson.
Nelson unsuccessfully challenged Jones in last year's special election, She argued Jones missed an evidence deadline, claiming her campaign did not have time to review and submit supplemental evidence.

I live in the Phoenix Arizona so I can not vote for him. But gun control is paramount in my concerns. Going to a large stadium to watch my granddaughter graduate from high school soon. Hope she isn't shot before she can make it to France and use her scholarship.

As a resident of TN, my voting precinct has changed 3 times in the last 4 elections. TN spreads non republican voters out so they cannot influence representation. Nashville, Memphis and most of their surrounding areas are the only districts that they cannot control. The area that I live in is currently getting an influx of non republican voters so we are being spread out. TN has clearly gone full fascist. Those of us who can afford it are making sure our daughters find another place to live.
