Let's get ready to rock and roll! 💪🔥Coach Louis is back to bring us 40-minute total-body strength workout.
👉 We're going to get our bodies warmed up for the first 5 minutes. Then, we'll complete 2 rounds of the following exercises for 45 seconds of movement and 10 seconds of rest.
1️⃣ TRX Single Arm Row (R)
2️⃣ TRX Single Arm Row (L)
3️⃣ TRX Balance Lunge (R)
4️⃣ TRX Balance Lunge (L)
5️⃣ TRX Chest Press/Rollout
6️⃣ TRX Sprinter Start (R)
7️⃣ TRX Sprinter Start (L)
8️⃣ TRX Clock Press
👉 For our finisher, we'll be working through the following exercises for 30 seconds each.
1️⃣ TRX Crunch
2️⃣ TRX Mountain Climber
3️⃣ Plank Taps
4️⃣ Toe Touches

Here’s the thing. kzfaq.infoUgkxS7ex6L4sMqpaTn4LnBPyBmRQsSingL8y These are not meant to be stretched to 12ft or 14ft or whatever else where you’re a 6ft person, stepping in the band and trying to do standing shoulder presses. If they tear, (assuming they’re not defective) then you’re trying to stretch them way too far. For a full body stretch, bands should be like three feet long, doubled over. Don’t buy the bad press. A fully extended reverse fly is avoid as far as you should stretch these. If it’s too easy, use more than one band at a time.Not rocket science.

This was awesome! I am an advanced fitness enthusiast, but have had to get creative since the gyms are closed. I purchased my TRX a couple of weeks ago, and just tried this video. It was awesome, and so much fun to challenge myself in a new way. Love Coach Louis and how he explained each exercise and how to scale it according to ability. MORE Strength based workouts like this PLEASE!!! :-)))

Thank you for a perfect workout. Duration and pace were perfect for me, but what I really enjoyed was the consistent coaching throughout on focus, activation, balance points and how to make each step a little harder or easier, as needed. Bravo Louis!

This was a nice re-introduction to the suspension strap. I nearly finished this workout!! The mountain climbers and foot-suspended crunches pretty well destroyed me. I’ve had shoulder injuries so anything involving a plank is very difficult, so to be honest, after a few of those with my feet in the straps, I went on my back and did ‘em that way. Till my shoulders are stronger I’m likely to keep doing that. Thanks!

Great work out, I was hesitant to use the TRX, 'how can a set of straps give you a session" how wrong I was. This is my new daily routine. I think it will take a bit of time to get used to the balancing and stress level, but the session and work out content is great

Great video! Just got straps to work through the cold Colorado winters. I am not stable for the feet in the straps yet, so moving slowly with those positions.

As a lifter I am whinging about not being able to access the gym while we are still in lockdown, but I found my old TRX last night and found this workout. I reckon it might become a part of my strength training even after I am back lifting big.
