You can Google Brock's no chew stew and find recipes. I found the one with cheese like on this video. It's made with cream cheese. Other recipes with no cheese are just made with a basic milk and flour roux. Fairly simplistic soups and easy recipes.

Honestly if you're gonna eat one food, you mind as well eat the other ones after that. You're not getting the reward and the punishment is probably worth less then all the food you're gonna have before that. Don't just eat like one or two foods then skip on something tempting later. I dunno, that's what I would do.
