for winners, they should allow them to also pick out one of the food throughout the whole challenge to have at the side.. cause I feel like the prize is so underwhelming at times

Agreed! Sometimes the prize feels underwhelming that's why most of them don't even try to win it as the punishment is just a bite of the punishment per food/dish they ate.

Here's a "try not to eat" ticket suggestion: This ticket is called "Eat The Menu". This ticket will let the contestant eat all the food items they successfully resisted eating along with their prize, but can only be used if the contestant officially won the entire challenge.

Y’all should do an assorted mashup episode where you take food items from previous episodes that reactors have regretted NOT eating and give them a chance to eat or not eat - including an amazing prize meal they regretted missing out on!!

Card Idea: a card that can let you trade the prize dish for a previous round's dish incase the person would rather have a previous dish instead. "Take Me Back" card. Or a card that lets you take 1 bite of any of the rounds without having to eat the punishment. "Magic Bite" card.

This was probably the first Try not to Eat that I would feel tempted in literally all rounds lol also I said it once and I'll say it again, getting just one nice dish as the prize after saying no to all of these tempting dishes doesn't feel fair at all. The prize should always be something like a feast. I can totally understand Jamie's disappointment even though that prize looked super delicious.

I agree. For me, the Campfire Cooking in Another World Using My Absurd skill would have broken me, but the feast along with the Japanese Waygu definitely made up for what Jamie missed out on.

All right new rules suggestion!! I suggest that if someone successfully doesn't eat anything for the duration of the challenge they have a choice to swap out their prize for a previous food item without any penalty. That should be more than fair enough especially with how they passed up everything else. Im with jamie she should have eaten 😢

I think that the ideal reward would be to give the people all the food during the episode, while those who ate have to eat the punishment while watching the other person, eat what they ate, and not be punished.

I have a suggestion, it may be a long shot but! Can you do at least one episode of "Try Not To Eat" with everyone sitting at a big table on screen at the same time instead of 3 groups of 2. Make sure to have Sharon in it if so. Just try it once and see how it goes. Please & Thanks.

I still say the Eat with Me card should not have the winner lose the prize if used at the end. That makes no sense to me. If the winner is allowed to try the punishment willingly and still have the prize (as has been done MULTIPLE times on this show) then they should still be able to win the prize and just be forced to taste the punishment too. OR if you are going to take the prize away then go back and give them the food they passed up so they at least get to have something good. I find no enjoyment in taking the prize away from the winner and then forcing them to have the punishment, when they didn't even taste any of the other food, It's not really not fair at all and not fun to watch and y'all did it twice!
