I only started watching a few months ago so the first episodes about crew didn't hit as hard for me but was still very fun because you could see by everyone elses reactions there that it was really accurate (and you learn a bit about the crew by seeing that). I have binged really hard so now I often know the jokes, but only about half of the ones in this episode are ones we already know. If you want to learn more they have done crew TNTL videos, videos where the cast get questioned about the crew/have to guess facts about them and stuff.
