Try this quick Garlic and Herb Chicken Thigh Meal

Күн бұрынA very simple and quick to make, garlic and herb chicken recipe cooked in a pan. The chicken is juicy and the crispy skin will taste like a roast chicken. Best to use thighs but you could also use the chicken breast. Make sure the skin is on and any bones removed. If using dried herbs, use thirty percent less than if using fresh. Try and use fresh parsley, as dried parsley has little flavour. I like to serve mine on potato mash (see my recipe) but that’s optional, you could also serve it on sweet potato mash or any vegetable you like. @@TT.3123 I visit the hospital every 8 weeks & see the same nurses & veterans each time. We've all become like a great big family. I enjoy cooking & so we rotate who will make an entree dish & who will make a dessert. Then we all share the food with everyone in the unit. Chef Joel's recipes are so tasty & usually pretty easy to make. It's nice to be able to enjoy restaurant worthy meals cooked at home. Hope you have a great weekend!

Thank you Chef! Ugh, I hate de-boning chicken thighs, but so worth it. For those who don't cook thighs use the Low and Slow method as seen here to give the fat time to render out and you will get a crispier skin. Patience is always the key to successful cooking and baking.(Must add that to my grocery list) Appreciate the recipe and time to take to film, edit, and upload. Outstanding as always.

@@recipe30 Cdn & Aus $'s are almost the same exchange. Boneless/skinless c-thigh are (on sale!) $10.99/kg; Bone-in/Skin on c-thigh (on sale) $4.39/kg. I'll just do the work myself even though I hate trying to get that "anvil" shaped bone removed without destroying the thigh.

Funny enough Lassie was a girl, Whiskey is a boy, but in the Lassie movies they always used a boy dog for the fuller longer hair. So I suppose they are alike 🐕😀
