Great lesson ... One thing u can also do is to incorporate the Double paradiddles ( RLRLRR LRLRLL) and Triple Paradiddles (RLRLRLRR LRLRLRLL) in the 1st exercise .... It's gonna help u with transitions between 16th notes, 16th note triplets & 32nd notes whilst keeping the back beat basically on 2 & 4 😊 A blend of Herta's will make it crazy 🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥

Great lesson man! There's a cool concept that you can use to get some great mileage out of the inverted paradiddle using syncopation. Makes for some great soloing material.
