Cool video! The pan cakes are supposed to be stuffed with coconut and nuts and rolled, and drizzled with syrup on top.

I like all your videos and you're doing great job and I saw all your videos about egypt. I'm glad that you liked the food because I'm pretty sure that the trip overall is full of scams, pollution and harassment. I'm Egyptian myself and I wouldn't recommend staying here for a long time because of how bad the country is. As a piece of advice: Nikki shouldn't ever go alone anywhere it's very unsafe.
