Instead of saying pass or fail, he could have rated the food items and by giving a low rating he could have provided the reason by doing so as it would have been a win-win situation for both sides!!

Doesn't matter if your still going to under-rate the food items .. But he has been biased for 2-3 food items just because they were soggy honestly idk what all you could expect from delivery instead he should've visit the outlet for takeaway and enjoy the food hot served

Mix the pasta because the higher pasta will be bland because of packaging. Mix the pasta in gravy and then try
