Brogans, Mulligans, Stags Head, Dame Tavern, Long Hall, Grogans, International Bar, Bruxelles, Kehoes and many more. All of Dublin is pricy but some pubs in Temple Bar are pricier again and soulless. Temple Bar Pub and The Quays are some of the better Temple Bar pubs. But midweek Temple Bar is the only place fairly lively before midnight. Midweek after midnight tip up to Flannerys and Coppers.

I remember my first Guinness, at the Guinness brewery that is. When the glass was held to the light, the Guiness was a wonderful ruby red colour. And tasted more flavourful and smooth then any Guinness I'd had elsewhere (with no after taste either). Its true what they say, Guinness doesn't travel well. The Guinness railway, is a prime example of the lengths the Brewers went to. To keep the drink 'fresh' :)

Wow she has great eyes. And i've a feeling she enjoys Guinness about as much as i do. I had 2 pints of Guinness when i was about 15 and it put me off for life haha. 20+ years later i still haven't tried it again.

Im an American and i can drink guiness straight from the can, bottle, poured, or draft. Its delicious and if you dont enjoy it, you just dont like stout beers. Nothing wrong with that.

The pint must be allowed to settle. The pint the young lady was drinking required at least another five minutes before she started to drink it. This is why regular drinkers order their next pint when they still have about a quarter of the pint left in the glass.

You drank the Guinness before it fully settled and was black colour all the way through to the white top. It was still brown. It really does taste better if you leave it another few minutes before drinking

@@phoenix27151 The thing is, no one really enjoy Guinness that much. It always has some gimmick that keeps it going. Most of the gimmick is the "correct pour" that never makes a difference. It's just a way of making the customer think they're special and knowledgeable when they tell a server they're not doing it right.

The regular is good but I like the Extra Stout version better myself. It's an art pouring a proper pint of Guinness. With Irish we say 🥃 Sláinte 🇮🇪 however it's important to say it correctly.

Guinness is originally an adaptation of a London porter. There are many better independent brewers of stout beers in Dublin.

I get well south of the g . Usually 4 chugs. 1 sip after all settles chug 4 . It's been a good system for me for 35 years

if you're in Dublin and looking to have your first Guiness; get that first one on the Guiness tour. they teach you how to drink it (i.e., to get the most out of it) and then give you one in the rooftop bar.

Stout is an aquired taste - try NIGERIAN GUINNESS (or Legend Stout) at + 7% ABV both are very tasty & strong Imperial stouts. I don't drink the piss they serve in pubs in the UK - total krap in comparision.

Drinking beer from the source (overseas; in Europe) is vastly, massively, entirely Different experience. Couldn’t recommend it enough to anyone. Just do it and take the trip across the pond (if you’re in the US) 🍻🍻

Yes as it’s draught from a keg in a pub in Ireland , with a proper pint glass. Tastes different in Ireland than anywhere as there’s a flow on it due to popularity that means they serve fresh pints unlike in other countries.
