Here's a pro tip for the robotics table.When at the university on sunday they throw the robotics Get together, bring your robotic Table with you and then deconstruct All the robots there you get a ton of resources like computer chips and such

I figured everybody would know about this trick but it is a lot easier to get the parts. You need to make anything on the robotics table without spending tons of time, crafting the components. And the nicing is it happens every Sunday at the same time? You could even leave your table there if you want.

That’s was awesome, I am learning so much I didn’t know. I say yes to the Scientist career, I think it would be hilarious if Samaj had an alien baby. Also, let’s wait until we have all the occults and them do a wedding with everyone there!

If you have Vlad's room be above ground it should have one of the sneak-out windows to a balcony from High School Years so he can turn to mist/bat form and travel from there. Also a pipe organ, and maybe a bar to make the daylight resistance drinks

I'm obsessed with Crystal Creations at the moment. Its sooo OP. I think it would be awesome to make a piece of jewelry for each person in the house that's tailored to their occult.

Isn’t it also possible to summon the grim reaper with the pack? Not sure since I don’t have it but that might be a nice way to have the grim reaper instead of killing a sim. Love the idea of a personal item for each occult!

@@floortjegeel3266yes it is, which James even said in the video when he got the Jet crystal. If you charge it the sim can call on the grim reaper at will.

My suggestion for the Werewolf task is to harvest the special Lunar flower. Shouldn't be too hard and it's a nice little rare collectible to have.

Isnt there a lunar nectar from horse ranch also? One for vampires, one for werewolves? Would be cool to include that too. I dont have vampires and werewolves, am intrested in what happens if the occults drink the lunar nectar.

@@zauselleo8051The plasma nectar fills vampires' thirst similar to the plasma fruit itself and the lunar/moon petal nectar should lower the fury bar (if I'm remembering the last one correctly). I made an entire vampire cellar filled with plasma nectar for some of my Forgotten Hollow houses, which is why I remember that. It's just too bad it's useless for some of the vampires because the Withered Stomach trait prevents them from consuming it.

@@aaly.aaly.oxenfree Thank you so much for your answer! I dont have werewolves and vampires, the nectar just appears in my debug and i was always wondering what it would do to occults. Seems pretty useful, i dont think this Lp will be much longer though. But if you are playing with vampires and werewolves, it seems like a good shortcut. Would you reccommend buying the vampire and werewolf pack? The only occults i have are aliens, ghost and sceletons lol.

@@zauselleo8051 I would definitely recommend both Werewolves and Vampires! Werewolves is hands down the best occult pack due to the integration with other packs, detailed lore, nice semi-open world, and the werewolves themselves. Vampires is also fun, but one thing I have to caution is that a lot of that gameplay is focused on playing at/around night because of how they work. The worlds are definitely small, BUT if you have For Rent (the pack is buggy for some people but for others it works well) you can convert one of the lots in each world to residential rental so you can fit more sims in the world (which definitely helps them). I don't know if they're also on your radar, but Realm of Magic is also fun and packs like Crystal Creations and Paranormal stuff pack expand occult gameplay as well (and they make spellcasters even more interesting). I would suggest waiting to buy Crystal Creations or For Rent until more bugs are fixed if you don't have them, but they do make gameplay more fun/interesting. I bought all of them myself just cause I was impatient, and thankfully my game is working fine but I know that's not how it is for everyone.

Buy a chest to keep things you’ll need for later as not to accidentally delete them from your inventory. Make the Draught of Reconfiguration to change his vampire points.

I wanna see Vlad's room just coming off the side on the 3rd level and held up with tall columns. This would also make a covered area for a garden and then you can add patchy. I think resetting Vlad's vampire abilities is a good idea to get the sun protection too.

1) if you sing to an angry Gnome until the red bar goes down its easier to get forgiveness 2) I think you should shift the entrance to the underground grotto so in the shed there's a door (gothic) to vlad's room below and an island one for the existing room. 3) I love the idea of taking the scientist root for alien's as it's been ages since I've seen anyone play and invent things.

How does one sing to the gnome? Is there a special pack needed? I am always annoyed when they get angry even though you gave them cake or a toy. And then they break stuff. I never figured out how to make these angry gnomes happy, do you have any tipps?

Suggestion for Vlads room: underground or party underground. You could have a music and sitting room going off the ground floor of the main house with a pipe organ in the style of his old house and stairs going down to a coffin room. Maybe add a little greenhouse for plasma fruit trees, bonus because you could use the greenhouse for gardening without depending on season. Or you could go darker and add cells for "prisoners" he can drink from...

I think we should change Vlad's vampire traits, but keep the traits that portray his personality and way of interacting with people. Like make him less Thin Skinned, but keep his Uncontrolable Hissing and Undead Aura. Or give him traits that would make sense for his history, maybe hundreds of years being so vulnerable to the sun has given him Day Phobia?

Maybe for another side activity, the new geology and jewelry table could be fun. They have charged stones that are beneficial to some of the occults that they can wear to make their needs better. Plus they could be sold on the jewelry selling table for some money.

Vlad should have a creepy stone basement room like in his mansion! The 20k can be your budget for the new occult's room, and anything you dont use, you just keep also I'm pretty sure at 5:10 the mermaid sim is tense because she doesn't like the decor lol

you can add a "cemetery" near the house, "dig" a pit, place a ladder and a coffin for Vlad! Since vampires doesn't need much, I think it should be a fun addiction without changing the house so much :) I know the sun would hurt him, but I think it's fun to let him deal with that

I think Vlad should be a collector of historic and old stuff. He's lived a few so he should be interested in old stuff, collectibles, books, pictures, maybe a wee bit of a hoarder (since hoarding is often a result of a traumatic losses in the past). Maybe he doesn't have moodlets anymore but the trauma of loss materialised in hoarding tendencies and his attachment to the past makes him gather old artefacts because he feels at home in between (being an old artefact himself).

Happy Easter. Omg speaking of skeleton. My sim is an archeologist, and she needed to use the relics on people to get through her aspirations. Anyway I didn’t know what the relic was, and she used it on Ted Roswell. He’s infected by the mother. I was having a lovely time looking out the window, as my sim was knitting. I scared myself, because Ted was a skeleton, with a cowboy hat doing the infected walk. 😂 I had no idea it turned him into a skeleton. 😂😂😂

The vampire room should obviously have a coffin, and you should decorate it with a classical Goth aesthetic - lots of dark colours, candles, dark art, and antique furniture. Vlad also likes playing the organ, so that would be a good idea to include, as well. PS: The mermaid grotto looks incredible!

I love the idea of having just Samaj’s bed on the top floor of the house, and then having all the occults have their own basement themed to them, just like Nalani’s! Like how she has a grotto, Vlad could have some sort of dungeon thing! I think it would look cool to have a whole bunch of those bunker things all around the lot 😂

I'd say, Vlad's room could be to the side of the house, maybe on the third level, and the style could reflect his old mansion, as if he just said 'I'll bring this tower/room' or whatever and puzzled it onto Semaj's house. It could look quite funny with the architecture styles clashing - but also would be funny and make the werewolves totally not suspicious as to why this normie suddenly sports that vamp-aesthetic on his house.

I am so glad James made this challenge I have missed him so much he's so kooky and creative! I fell way behind on his other series and couldn't catch up. Anyway, the mermaid room blew my mind, so incredible! This made me think of James one day being a girl dad and making one of those crazy bedrooms for his kids, Could 100% see him doing that!

I've started doing this challenge as well and I've found that sending my Sim to college for physics works quite well as that way they level up robotics in the degree and at the end I'll be able to join the scientist career at a higher level which would get me closer to the aliens, kind of working on the servo and the alien at the same time

I can't wait to play this challenge after I finish the Tiny Town Challenge! It looks so fun and I don't play with the occults nearly as much as I should. I'm gonna do a random wheel spin to see which occult to do next cause I can't make decisions on my own lol. Also my favorite thing is after appeasing the gnomes putting them in your inventory then all the seed packets go into your household inventory and you get like 3k after a day. I usually keep them in there from harvestfest to winterfest. :)

I'm loving this series so much! If you have a spellcaster, the Potion of Emotional Stability will insta-cure Nalani's Dazed mood whenever she gets Dazed from doing Robotics. Also, Semaj can mix a Draught of Reconfiguration for Vlad in order to reassign all of Vlad's Vampire Powers; get rid of his Thin Skin weakness and max out his Sunlight Resistance! It's hilarious how friendly Semaj and Vlad are!

Focus tip with the gems: charged quartz gets double satisfaction points but also gives a really strong focus mood if you need it 😊 I haven’t tried it with haunted house yet but double satisfaction points with that might be insanely OP 🎉

I think Vlad's room should be behind a secret bookcase door. Just cause those are fun. And doing the drink that resets his quirk things sounds great, it'll be cool to see Vlad a little different than he always is.

When Island Living came out, I tried to build a mermaid grotto and failed miserably. The basement grotto is genius, I love it! Would you ever consider building a full grotto like that for eight mermaids? I think it would be really cool.

Instead of getting rid of all the money, you should have to build an add-on with all the money you get (not required to sell furniture if that makes it easier). By the end, you'll have massive bills but also 8 sims to earn money it shouldn't be too horrible (especially with Archeology)

Vlad should have a creepy basement rule just like at his old house! The werewolf should have a ground level room since they’re like dogs, easy access to outside. Spellcaster can sort of go wherever, but an astronomy tower would be pretty cool. Same thing with the alien. Servo should get a garage type room. Ghost is a wild card though…

I feel like Vlad is another character that could live underground. Like, an offshoot of the grotto maybe? Or a separate cave somewhere? Maybe connected to the werewolves' underground tunnels? I think it might be funny that Vlad moves out of his grand mansion to live in a cave under Semaj's house. XD

Once you get the jet crystal into some jewelry and charge it, you could let Vlad spend too much time outside and then plead for him. Also, I think you should include the umbrella holder in Vlad's room - let him choose a new colorful umbrella for the sun.

why is the flower bunny creepier then the tragic clown? when it stood right behind semaj I jumped. Also Agnese on a bike is giving wicked witch of the west vibes..which gives me a fun idea!

Vlads room can be an off the side of mermaids room in the basement and he can be sort of locked up until you make the perk potion and make him unflameble

I think Caleb comes with sun resistance, but I think he also has the guilty drinker trait - but he doesn't have the hissing disability. So I would have went with moving him.

He still can. Vlad didn’t move in. He just had to befriend him. Near end he even mentioned moving in either Vlad or one of the other vampires. So, I’m still hoping for Caleb. 🤞🏻🤞🏻

I think Vlad's room should be at the top of the house just because that would be very very funny. Also obviously it should have an organ and an coffin 😂 very spooky themed, but maybe a lot of windows (possible if you respec him maybe). Great episode!

Werewolves was my first DLC. I married one of the mermen to a werewolf. They had a pretty happy little life with kids.

That coral you thought looked like a brain is really called brain coral. LOL. It might not be the technical name, but I used to have a saltwater reef tank and that's what they would call in in stores.

I think Vlad needs a tiny, two story castle turret style house in the back corner of the lot using the castle kit.

You should make his part of the house kind of like a tall and skinny tower that's all black and super fancy compared to the rest of the house. So the rest of the house is old wood and relatively colourful, but his is this gothic, refined, antique addition.
