As an independent young woman, it can be hard to take care of yourself when you have so many responsibilities that can affect your living situation if unattended to. After quarantine began I had realized that I tend to remind myself of the stressors that I am currently facing. My personality used to fierce and determined and unfortunately has slowly shifted to a place of negative self-appraisal... which I am sure that a majority of young adults can relate too. I find myself no longer working towards my personal, career, and fitness goals but just getting by every day with no ambition left inside of me. As the world is slowly shifting back to "normal" I promised myself change. Slowly but surely. If I am lucky enough to win the vision board something I have promised myself is to plaster the board with positive affirmations that I can read every day. Having a board to showcase my future goals (both personal and career-wise) along with a variety of self-love reminders would be an increasingly progressive step towards finding the proper appreciation and awareness for myself in order to help shape the future for myself. I appreciate the content you put out, time you took to read this and the positive energy you exude. Your videos have helped me through more than you know! Thank you

Give away: For my vision board, one thing I would put would be the phrase "love yourself." I have always struggled with self-confidence and my body image and sometimes I just need a little reminder to be confident and love how I am no matter what. So weird to see you guys learn stick driving, in the Netherlands almost everybody learns stick unless they have a hard time driving with stick bc they maybe think it’s to much to do while driving! But I’m so proud! Good first run seriously! My first time the car jump like 1 meter forward and I froze bc I didn’t knew what to do😂

For golfing… you need to move your hips a little more open and make sure your making an L with your arms. This will make it so you will hit the more accurately. When your hitting down on the ball make sure your club face is closed so you will hit it more straight. It is also more likely you will hit the ball if you keep your head down, dont pull it up too fast. Lots of love!! 💕💕

Omg I would love this! I use Pinterest as my online goals and like what I want to see in my future. I would hang this in my apartment at college and put motivational quotes to study, keep pushing, pictures of my goals, always be positive and be kind. It would help me see positive meanings before leaving the apartment so I know I can do what I set my mind to🤩❤️
