Have y'all tried molasses? There is food grade molasses, but growing up on the farm, we'd buy molasses from the feed store that was almost like tar... But it was basically sugar, so not difficult to wash off.

Typing this makes me feel old, but back in my day this was a pretty new thing and there was this exact type of experimentation happening in every gym, only it was for real!😅 Everyone had their secret recipe and I remember JO nationals feeling like a trade show, everyone looking for the latest developments in pbars grip tech. You guys should try Sticky Wax (Fox Run Stick-Um). 🕯️🕯️ It’s a never-hardening ‘adhesive’ for candle sticks, washes off with soap and water. But I think it could be the right consistency you are looking for. 😊
