Here’s a tip! Don’t stand straight while roller skating, drop you hips and tilt your body side to side while roller skating! It’s not all about the feet! :)

Ouch I can almost feel the pain! I too had messed up my tailbone from a fall that ended up in a sitting position in the past and when I got it checked it was fricking bent 😨 def didn't see that coming... Never underestimate your pain guys. BTW I hope you can recover soon and continue doing what you love ✨

You should try rollerblades. The wheels are in the middle like a line so it feels more like ice skating.

To stop with the toestop, lean on one leg first, lift up the second leg, turn it out a bit and then place the stop and possibly the side of the front wheels on the ground. You need to test out the pressure because it depends on the surface and material of the stop

All of these videos have skates that are so difficult for beginners to work with I have taught people with these exacta skates before and they have used them as excuse when trying to teach different moves I don’t know if it’s them or the skates 😂

I fell on my tailbone 3 days ago from roller skating the first day. I fell on concrete and being chubby doesn’t help. I’m to scared to get back on them now

I only fell on my butt once and i'm ok my butt is big so that might've helped me but if you're scared try to fall on your knees and wear butt pads for skating and all that good stuff be safe!

I fell twice this morning. It was my first time skating in 15 years. My left cheek is definitely sore. I had to purchase padded shorts. 😂

Ok I'm a really good one so if you roller blade/skate for 3 months every weekend/weekdays you will get really good Edit:try to start at the skating rink it will be easier

Heres a way to stop Bend your knees alot Spread out legs And bend your legs again and put your knees above your big toes

Wear knee & elbow pads. Might want to put some foam rubber inside your shorts at first. Wear a helmet if you think you are going to hit your head. Stay safe.
