Brian Mullins I used to have the Lg g stylo it was a pretty good phone and I think it’s around $200 maybe less it had a pretty big screen and didn’t have almost any problems only one I think but ig I recommend it Oh also this would be a great option if u are a casual user

To those who actually need a cheap phone, the iPhone 5S is a good bet going for like $50 on ebay. It runs iOS 12 and can take decent photos, not bad for $50 Edit: Agree with a lot of comments here, if you have a bit more money the iPhone SE is a much better buy as it is a lot faster. You will probably be paying a bit over ~$100 for one in good condition used, but you'll be getting a significantly more powerful device.

I had a Doogee X5 Pro back in 2016 when my S7 edge was stolen. I paid £60 for it and it wasn't half bad...until the screen started to fail and had streaks all over it. It had 16GB of storage, a quad core 1GHz CPU, 720p display (5"), Android 5.1 and a 2400mAh battery. It wasn't anything particularly special but it was actually very usable and while it was a plastic build, I thought it felt decent. Doogee is pretty respectable to be honest.

Not too bad TBH My first phone had a 930Mhz Quad Core Mediatek with 512 MB RAM and a 720p display Then again, it ran the lastest Android Lollipop and got updated to Marshmallow (YES, A 60 $ POTATO RECEIVED A COMPLETE SOFTWARE UPDATE) Life is Wierd...

Yep, I bought a 39 $ phone with a IPS screen, really good sound, Marshmallow ( I think that I can update it to Pie but my phone will just die ), and it can still update apps to their latest versions. But only 2 gb of memory and 512 mb of ram... So yeah, it worked perfecly fine, but now I can't watch YT because of glitches. Even with of a minimum of apps. Fly FS454 it's name

@ಠ_ಠ On phones like iPhone you need to send the thing to a repair shop, pay more money and leave your phone there for few days or maybe even lonher just to replace the battery and extend the life of your phone, another advantage is that removable battery phones usually let you put a bigger battery like 10k mAh.

@ಠ_ಠ I mean if it's only sealed with screws that's fine but phones are usually sealed with glue and glass backs which takes heating the back that cutting it off and going through all that hassle just to swap the battery.

ಠ_ಠ It's much easier to remove a battery from a phone with a removable battery that has a removable battery because the removable removable battery can be removed easily. Anyone can do it. Not everyone is willing to perform the everyman's equivalent to brain surgery to replace the battery on an iPhone, for example.

ik i have a blu studio mega got it for around a 100 and it sucks every app crashes instantly. If you watch a yt video you cant because pop ups come saying this app or that app has crashed nightmare with that 1gb of ram

I had the Blu phone for a few months.. I broke my good one, needed a replacement NOW and bought it at Walgreens for $40 or 50.. it did it's job. Ironically it stopped booting the same day I got something better.

as far as cheap phones, Doogee is actually pretty decent. Great for traveling overseas or going on trips where you may worry about your primary phone or as a phone for a kid.

I bought the Huawei Ascend X2 AT Walmart for 49 dollars. It has a 5.5 Inch HD display, 2gb of ram, 16 gb of storage, 4000 battery, 13 mega pixel rear camera, and an 8 mega pixel selfie. It was an AT&T phone, but I called them and got the unlock code. Great phone.

It was 2018 during the time of recording of the video, and you had to move the headphone cord to get a decent reception... while SanDisk with their Sansa music players before the Sport model (as far as I know) have FM radio support *without* having to put the headphone cord (and your arms) in awkward positions.
